Food is NEVER ready when they say it will be. This used to be one of our best and sadly it's gone way downhill. Everyone just stands around and looks at you with zero effort to get your order ready. I left a message with the manager, corporate, you name it during our last terrible visit here. Never heard a word. Came back two months later. Still horrible. Skip this location!!! RUDE! AWFUL! I have spent so much money at this McAlister's. I love eating McAllister's but today I went by and waited in line for 30 minutes just for the lady to come tell me at the window that I needed to walk inside and wait on my order because they had a big party inside that they were taken care of. As I walked inside I saw the "big party" they were talking about was a party of 20 people. THEY TOOK AN ADDITIONAL10 minutes to get my order gave me the wrong chips and was very rude about changing the chips out. I go to McAlister's for pretty much every meal, but will never go back to this McAlister's EVER again.

I had a great experience 11/30 around 3:30. I initially thought I’d have time to dine in, but my plans changed. The staff was very friendly helping me box my food to-go. Customer service seems to be becoming more and more rare and it was a refreshing change. And the food was excellent!

I've been going to Mcallister's for a long time. Today I was disappointed in the service and food. The cashier made a mistake in placing our order for 2 Spud Max potatoes and 2 teas. She rang up the wrong item. When it came out, I sent it back. I approached the cashier to show where she made the mistake and another person questioned me. I told her about the mistake and I would be willing to pay the difference. All this person was interested in was getting the $7.19 difference. It was off putting to say the least. When the food arrived, it was the weakness excuse for a Spud Max imaginable. Barely anything on it. But Mcallister's got their $7.19. I won't be coming back.

Been here like 5 times. Food is always made very well but the wait is just not worth it. No matter if you are inside or mobile order, you will be waiting 30 mins or more. Do not recommend going into the drive thru for mobile orders or you will get stuck.

Waited 30 min for a sandwich and soup when I didn’t have time to wait. When I got the sandwich, the bread was soaked in grease like it had been made an hour before. Severely understaffed. Business owner needs to hire some more help. They didn’t stand a chance.
