“I'm going to start this review by saying that I NEVER write reviews!!!! But, my experience last week at this particular Captain D's was better than great!Both of the workers that served me were pleasant and attentive, but it was the FOOD that still has me talking a week later! It was SOOOOO good! The fish was crispy, hot, and perfectly flavored. The cook told me it was going to be the best I'd ever had at any other Captain D's in Memphis where I live...AND IT WAS!Quite frankly, I was shocked because I did NOT expect it to be that good, but it was. So much so that I am considering making another trip to Clarksdale just so my husband to understand what I've been raving about. He's shocked because I don't usually write reviews and people's food rarely gets this reaction from me.If things have been bad before, try them again. I went in the late morning not too long after they opened and ordered a two-piece fish dish with extra hushpuppies and fries.“
“Y'all really gotta come eat here. The chicken is out of this world good, the coleslaw reminds me of my Mama's, and the biscuits are scrumptious! Get you some jalapeño bombers as well. Just the right amount of heat, and taste awesome! Y'all come. You'll throw rocks at the other chicken joints after you try this! See you there!“
“Only been there 5 times in 3 years, once after reopening. They have, fast friendly service. It was clean, and the food ain't bad either, for what it is..."FAST FOOD", it's the best around here! "Others", around here, and they should know who they are, can learn a lot from Wendy's. Unlike other establishment's around town, they actually made me feel like my business was appreciated, and I wasn't "inconveniencing " them!“
“A few things I like about this Burger King are it's easy to get into and out of if you are headed North. I also like their soda fountain drink machine which has numerous sodas to choose from. It also has several flavors to decide upon like cherry, vanilla, grape and etc. Now if you leave and want to go South, it's kind of a problem if traffic is bad. The parking lot has no potholes and the parking lot is pretty big. Customer Service: I got waited on quickly as soon as I walked up to the counter. They were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I received my order in a reasonable time. Also, If you want ketchup, you have to ask for it at the counter. Menu items ordered: The new Krispy chicken sandwich combo which includes fries and a drink. The chicken sandwich was great and cooked to perfection with just the right amount of additives. Fries were cooked just right as well. I had some coupons they sent me in the mail which helped me decide on what to eat and saved me some money. In summary, ask for ketchup at counter, bring coupons that you can find in your mail box or newspaper, and enjoy your lunch in a clean dining room with one of the nicest soda fountain machine you can find.“
“Very well clean restaurant. The tables were clean, the bathroom was clean, they even had a someone cleaning the floors and picking up while I was there. The restaurant was well stocked with bottle drinks and potato chips. I didn't notice them out of anything, unlike most restaurants in this town. They have fountain drinks in here too. You can get free refills during your visit here. I got a Coke. I also got a Dr Pepper for my refill. The customer service was excellent. I got my usual 6 inch tuna fish sandwich combo here today. It was delicious of course which is why this restaurant gets a full 5 stars from me. Congrats. Yes, I highly recommend this Subway as it is even better than the other Subway in town.“
“Very slow service, I mean really. It was that slow, but the crew was okay. It's an aging building with equipment I've seen there since the 90s, but they are making g it work. They may want to concentrate on picking up the pace on expediting orders. Now everyone is patient.“
“This place rocks!!! They have recently, well for about a year now, have renovated this store. I have to say that even before they renovated, this store has always had hot, delicious food, and now there's even more room to park. It used to be crowded during lunch, and dinner. So in my best opinion, the addition of more parking, excellent and probably about the same delivery time, they definitely deserve 5 stars. Keep up the great work.“
“Great staff other then the manager. She insults her staff screaming from the dining room. She also approached me while was filling my cup and asked me if I wanted to buy any pain meds from her. She saw my wrist brace and assumed I needed them. I was truly caught off guard! But the staff is very nice and respectful“
“McDonald's is always great, but some are better than others. This one in Leland ranks at the top. Service is always friendly and courteous. Of course sometimes you have to wait, but that's to be expected. After all, fast food is not always fast. I'd rather wait and have it done right than have them feeling rushed and get it wrong. Nothing better than those fries when they're freshly cooked. Don't mind having to wait for that at all. There are too many people in a hurry to get nowhere fast these days!“
“Love their lunch specialsAnd always fast friendly service (only use the drive thru) I have a 30min lunch break and I drive to get lunch and always have plenty of time to eat and enjoy my lunch and not be late .. Keep doing what you are doing.. ☺“
