I wish I could give this place a zero. I just stood in line for 20 mins with no one coming to say what the delay was. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!

By far the WORST Captain D's in existence. Twice in a row now, they managed to forget half of my order. What I did get was either overcooked and burnt, or still raw. My chicken looked like it had a BITE TAKEN OUT OF IT. Once, I can forgive because bad nights happen. Multiple times? Time to give it up and close the place. Such a disgrace.

What is 45 minutes for our food cuz we were stuck in the Drive-Thru line we didn't get half of our food this is the worst store that I've ever been in even Chili's is better than this place
The wait time is beyondddd ridiculous. And the servers/workers are not worthy of there job

We went to get supper and we waited by the cash register to try and place an order. The manager was busy with her personal phone call. The three other employees never acknowledged is or took our order. We interrupted the managers phone call asking if we could place an order. She nodded her head and went back to her phone call. After 10 minutes of being ignored and feeling discriminated against, a few other patrons were helped, we decided go elsewhere to eat.

The fish was very greasy, like it was holding grease. I couldn't eat it and that was after putting a couple paper towels around it and pressing the grease out. This was the battered spicy.

This is the best Captain D's I have ever been to. Most are gross and don't care. This location is amazing!
Edit: The first time I went, it was amazing. I gave a 5-star review. The last 2 times have been awful. Slow, rude, holding a conversion with someone else and forgetting to tell me which drink is what (between Pepsi and Dr. Pepper). Last time, the fish was tiny, and they gave me original instead of spicy. This time, the chicken was tiny (almost like nuggets instead of tenders), and the fish was normal size.. kinda. Apparently, they give long skinny pieces instead of filets now. Barely any fries.... the food tasted good, but it just wasn't quite right. Maybe I just had the best crew possible the first day, and those people left. I'm sad.
