I wish I could give this place a zero. I just stood in line for 20 mins with no one coming to say what the delay was. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!

By far the WORST Captain D's in existence. Twice in a row now, they managed to forget half of my order. What I did get was either overcooked and burnt, or still raw. My chicken looked like it had a BITE TAKEN OUT OF IT. Once, I can forgive because bad nights happen. Multiple times? Time to give it up and close the place. Such a disgrace.

The food was ridiculous. It tasted old and my skewers was burned. Wasted 34.00. I will not be back and i will make sure I tell everyone not to eat at this location

The fish was very greasy, like it was holding grease. I couldn't eat it and that was after putting a couple paper towels around it and pressing the grease out. This was the battered spicy.

This is the best Captain D's I have ever been to. Most are gross and don't care. This location is amazing!
Edit: The first time I went, it was amazing. I gave a 5-star review. The last 2 times have been awful. Slow, rude, holding a conversion with someone else and forgetting to tell me which drink is what (between Pepsi and Dr. Pepper). Last time, the fish was tiny, and they gave me original instead of spicy. This time, the chicken was tiny (almost like nuggets instead of tenders), and the fish was normal size.. kinda. Apparently, they give long skinny pieces instead of filets now. Barely any fries.... the food tasted good, but it just wasn't quite right. Maybe I just had the best crew possible the first day, and those people left. I'm sad.

This place was fast, efficient, courteous, and even smiling when O went through the drive-through. I would have taken a picture to upload, but the smell was too enticing, and ummmm, we devoured it, lol!
This was a great little place. The food was good, the service was friendly, and the place was exceptionally clean inside. If fried seafood or grilled salmon is your thing, This place is pretty good.

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, thinking that everyone has a bad day. So I waited to give my review. They just can't seem to get it together. Having to wait for 20 minutes up along the side of the building is ridiculous ? I was originally in drive-thru but shehad me pull up to wait for fries and hush puppies. No attitude from me. I just won't go back.
