Long wait for our food, but it was very good.

Service was super good. The food was good.

The food was really good, our server was very nice and attentive.

Went out for my birthday.

The food was fine, our poor server needed more training and was completely overwhelmed. We sat for an hour and a half before getting our food. Some members of our party ordered a good 20 minutes before the rest of us but didn't receive their food until well after everyone else at our table. As we waited we watched 7 workers stand in the kitchen hallway the whole time and do absolutely nothing but talk and eat their own snacks, ignoring dirty tables, guests as well as their swamped coworkers. We appreciate the manager taking items off our bill and our server Brandon keeping his cool. On top of everything the restaurant smelled heavily of weed as well as the other staff that stood around.

well first of all my server was still being trained did not know how to use their little tablets I ordered the Texas cheese fries without the jalapenos and got the jalapenos then she takes it back to the kitchen and they just takes a jalapenos off and hand me the same old french friesso she brings me back the same old French fries were they just took the jalapenos off and so I told her no I want some fresh ones so she brings me some with just cheese on it no bacon and the mashed potatoes they were burnt then you had to ask for napkins and saltand I ordered a steak that was supposed to be medium well came out well done just awful all the way around

Save yourself. Long wait times, staff is okay, but do expect to wait a long time and expect to have to correct your order. They need to clean house.

The waitress didn't understand mustard.

for 2 people it took over an hour just to get an 8 wing appetizer, the waitress repeatedly kept saying the rest of our food would be out in ‘one more min’, after 20 minutes of this we asked to leave & again she said she our food would be out shortly so we asked to bag it, waited another 15 minutes and finally she brought it out, only to realize they forgot one of our orders… worst dining experience I’ve ever had by a country mile. But hey that’s chili’s

Stopped in for a late lunch with my daughter and the staff and service was great the food was hot and fresh definitely a great experience

waited a hour for my food and didn’t get the appetizer till about 50 minutes. oh and once again yall forgot my nashville hot mozzarella sticks that i payed good money for this is unacceptable.

The food and drinks are always good here. We love the mozzarella sticks and the little burgers that come with the tripple dipper appetizer are awesome. most of the time thats what my kids order as their meals. The 3 for me specials is a good deal and every server I've had when I've gone has been good.

Menu not as used to be. Very limited menu. Food was fast. Food quality. Sorry but no longer a wonderful dine-in restaurant. Eat there if I have to
