Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

service was good. But there was a lot not available at lunch, that should have been.

Eating dinner last night was ridiculous at this store. The food wasn’t good and we could hear a manager (A Man) speaking terribly to a little young waitress. I was appalled that he would speak to her like that where everyone could hear, AND let me add that she was doing her job. I’m guessing it was probably her first job, but I’m sure it has been a bad experience for her. Shame on you Mr. Manager!!!

Went there for breakfast today. Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. Had to wait for about 30 minutes for our food, but it was super crowded, so the wait time was expected.

We have traveled all over the eastern part of the US. Never had a bad experience at CB. Last evening it was not what we expected. The store including the restrooms and sales floor had a lot of paper/debris. Our rising star waitress would dissappear and not return for long periods of time. There were very few people in the restaurant. Waited we know for 20 minutes for our check and finally walked to the counter to pay. Told the cashier of our experience who made no comment. I did tell her the little girl was polite but needs better training. Also told her the waitress should apply for a position with houdini because she can disappear without a trace. Nonetheless we know Craker Barrel can do better.

overall worst eating experience I’ve ever discovered. Order biscuits didn’t get them for 43 min. Ordered our food right after the biscuits. A table of 6+ came in , order meatloaf. Like myself. They got their food , their biscuits. First they told me my 5yo hamburger patty was frozen , they couldn’t cook it. Then after the 6+ top got their food , we waited 10 min. To walk out , for them to stop me and tell me they were out of meatloaf. BUT the other table that ordered after me got meatloaf. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Better off eating Wendy’s. ☺️

Food was amazing but the waiter we had was very rude not very friendly!! Definitely would have gotten a bigger tip if she would have lost the attitude!!

Typical CB on a Tuesday evening.
Consistent good food. The wait for our food was a bit longer than expected. Based on the amount of people within the restaurant.
Waitress was very nice. Took care of us.

I arrived at 10 am and left 12 noon waiting for the meal, I was patient, I thought it would be worth the wait, but no, my family was bored, in the end we were hungry.

Always friendly and nice. Paula helped me so much.

Must have been our waitress first day on the job..Poor service.. Had to ask for napkins, extra tea, no bread was offered to us and the chicken fried steak was almost burnt..

Everything was perfect and a super sweet waitress!!!
