I am reaching out to express my disappointment with my recent experience. I ordered a salad that contained a bug, and when I called to responsibly notify the store, I was spoken to rudely and treated as though I had put it there myself. I was then told “there’s nothing that can be done,” which is completely unacceptable.
As a paying customer, I expect basic respect, accountability, and proper food safety standards. I wanted to give the establishment the opportunity to address the issue professionally, but instead I was met with disrespect.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Mostly a takeout place, they do have some seating outdoors, the service is pretty good, and the food I had was pretty good, I usually get a loaded spud. Yummy.

Ordered BBQ pulled pork sandwich. Ordered at their drive thru window yesterday. First time going there. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Husband loved their BBQ pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw. The coleslaw was cut nice and in small pieces. It paired well with the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. The BBQ sauce was sweet and delicious. I'm certain we'll be returning there!!!

Prices are good. Ribs fell off the bone. Pulled pork sandwich with slaw is really good. Banana pudding is on point. Family of 4 and didn't hurt the pocket. So very worth it.

This has been the go-to place for barbecue for my family and me for years. Do yourself a favor and get your barbecue at Dixieland!
We ask for BBQ plate but got sandwiches plates they were scared to put sauce on them maybe drop on each the beans were not good and the potato salad was store bought.. and I paid 26.00 for this crap. And they didn't do nothing about it just being smart with customers

Great location due to the distance from the highway. I ordered two combo plates to give a try. Brisket ribs chicken and sausage have only the taste of bbq sauce. Disappointment in the overall flavor and the lack of bar b q. All items lack the traditional meaning of smoked or cooked bbq.

Very poor customer service employees are rude very impatient after customers have to wait 20 min to place the order then another 20 min to receive the order everybody should not be in the business of assisting customers if customers irritate you the owner seems nice but staff not at all
