Very poor customer service employees are rude very impatient after customers have to wait 20 min to place the order then another 20 min to receive the order everybody should not be in the business of assisting customers if customers irritate you the owner seems nice but staff not at all

Cannot review as the restaurant closes at 7pm, not 8pm as the listing states. However I did capture a side view picture of the menu. Amanda at our Hampton Inn gave it a raving review. Mostly drive up or walk upwuth a few outdoor picnic tables.... ... We arrived at 6:50 but the walkup was closed already. The drive through had 4 cars ahead of us, and the woman at the door said they were closed and could not promise we would get served. We chose to go across the parking lot to the Mariachi restaurant.

Awesome BB’Q. Great staff. Banana pudding is delicious!
A couple of weeks ago (Memorial Day)we had the opportunity to dine in at Dixieland Bar-B-Q. I am not sure which was most pleasant and enjoyable: the food; the staff; or the people we met inside the restaurant waiting to place our order. We look forward to our next road trip to Batesville where the food, service, and customers make it all worth the ride! From Carthage MS.
Pulled pork was good, sauce lackluster, coleslaw was SO-SO - not much flavor and cabbage was tired. No prices on drive-thru signs, and prices have increased here as they have every where else. My biggest complaint is there is a 4% up charge for using a credit card that wasn't posted.

Went in to place an order, I spoke no one spoke back and they never acknowledged me standing in the restaurant.
This is my second review, first one was 5 stars.. The food is delicious, but as far as customer service HORRIBLE.. Rude all the way around. Not sure if this particular person in racist or what but this isn't the first time that I've been there and she was unwelcoming.. I pulled up to the window, she opens the window first thing she says is, "yes ma'am.." No hey, how may I help you or anything.. Then she gives the food and slams the window. No thank you, come again or have a great day. Nothing!

The bbq chicken and brisket were delicious. The potato salad and baked beans were ok but definitely store bought(I saw the containers they came in) I got a porky pig spud. But let me tell you the taste of the bacon on top made me not want to eat the spud all together. It tasted like chemicals. The taste didn't leave my mouth for about 20 min. It reminded me of the shelf bacon you get from Sam's club where it's cooked and left on a dry good shelf. Doesn't need to be refrigerated. My first time here and it literally left a bad taste in my mouth. Very disappointing for a mom and pop place.
