We came for Free Wing day and were immediately greeted at the door by an extremely positive employee. Our food came out very quickly and when there was a small mishap they fixed it immediately. Great visit!

Picket up a chicken fried chicken meal tonight. When I got home the bag had gravy in it. This also happened the last time I picked up food from Jacks. The chicken was the worst I ever had. A big portion of it could not be eaten because it was so hard (grossly over cooked)

The staff was rude. The tenders were raw. Every tender was raw. Every extra sauce was opened in the bag. The service was terrible. The person who brought out or food forgot half of it and got an attitude when we asked where the rest was. The store itself was nasty. There was dirt mold and bugs all over the place. They should be ashamed for serving food with those conditions.
Very polite staff. Food was good. Fast service. Definitely recommend. We came for breakfast.
