I hate when you order a bucket of chicken, just legs and thighs, they always hide those big breasts at the bottom of the bucket because they know we’re going to look at it and dig, so they make sure they at the very bottom, 😡😡😡😡😡I been trying to call but no answer YET!!!!! Batesville Ms. do this a lot so look at all your chicken before you drive off

This place was ridiculous...the kid taking orders had no clue what he was doing..he put my chicken tenders in a box then walked around with them looking for the biscuits 😐 slow service..a couple people walked out because it was taking so long...foof was not hot at all.....place had dirty tables, pop area and restrooms....really need to train employees better so they can help customers faster....way too long of a wait for a simple meal

Food was fresh even though I got original instead of spicy. Cashier lady had an unnecessary, nasty attitude. Didn’t greet me at the drive thru window, didn’t ask if I needed condiments and blurted out “YOU WELCOME” before I could even say “Thank You” . This was night shift by the way. 5/8/25

Ordered dark original but got white meat, the worker are rude and I have stopped giving kfc my service.
I've been here numerous times in the past 4 or 5 months and the chicken is getting awful. It seems has if they are not changing the oil like they should and double battering the chicken and are not letting the chicken drain. When you get the bucket of chicken the bottom is full of grease. This is unacceptable and you all know better STOP IT . The prices are too high anyway for smaller pieces of chicken and then it tastes terrible. OWNER'S PLEASE MONITOR YOUR BUSINESS. My last visit were yesterday and nothing has changed 😕
