The staff is very nice but I think it was twenty minutes in the drive through for a couple breakfast sandwiches and then the order was wrong.
We got some else’s coffee and they probably got ours.

I placed my order through the McDonald’s app expecting it to be ready quickly, but the drive-thru service was extremely slow. Even after ordering ahead, I sat in line much longer than expected. Very disappointing and defeats the purpose of using the app.

One of the sorriest McDonald's I have ever been to it's been 20 minutes in line three cars in front of me none ever moved I finally got fed up and left somebody needs to go fire the people that work in there and get some good workers ones that are in there don't give a crap about any customers

Speed is not consistent. I pick up breakfast there on a regular basis. Service speed ranges from excellent to horrible. Too often, too slow.
I have been living back in this part of Mississippi for 3 years now and this batesville location is by far the best. Specifically speaking about fries. Always hot out the grease every time. I have only had one bad experience with the fries being too cold but other than that they have been amazing and yall did me in on my spicy chicken sandwich today so thank ya thank ya. Now I will say customer service could be a little better, not so bad that yall deserve anything less than a 5 star. Yall just need ya spirit lifted a little is all but I get it. We ain’t all out here trying to be like chick-fil-A. Can people really be that happy all the time? Like It’s ok to get mad sometimes. But anyways if yall want some good hot fries please stop here and if just so happen they might be a little cool don’t start fussing because they are amazing. I went to your store April 20, 2025 and the men on the night shift don’t do anything their manager says, I watch them play and and go back and forward to the back of the store while my food just set there and get cold or possibly giving away to somebody else. I saw one tall guy and a short girl trying to help the manager but I can tell she can not control those guy and one guy in particular with dreads, short, and wear glasses thought it was ok to talk stuff and cuss out the manager about redoing my food and then had the nerve to come to the front and intervene with my son and myself and yes me and my children reacted and if I can get somebody on the phone and discuss this issue with me I won’t have to involve the authorities because all this could have been prevented and the short guy with the dreads and glasses did threaten my son.
