I was trying to do a call in order which it never take that long. But this day I called in and they put me on hold mind you I was on hold for 10 min already. So I got in my truck still on hold to drive down there. I heard everything in the background plus they were still taking orders. It took me about 15 min to get there mind u I had already been on hold for 10 min before I left the house. To make a long story short yall need to DO BETTER......

I ordered a personal pan pizza. I was told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I pulled in a parking place and waited 15 minutes before pulling back around to the window. The car in front of me had been waiting almost an hour for theirs. I waited and waited. I finally got out of my vehicle and walked to the window. I paid for my pizza when I ordered. There was no one at the window and I called out several times and was finally answered that she would be there in a few minutes. She told me to go back to my vehicle which I did. I still say and waited. They were not busy, just myself and one other vehicle. Thirty five minutes later I FINALLY get my pizza. When I get home and open, it is burnt around the edges and not cut completely through so I could pick it up. Oh I forgot to mention I asked for napkins and was told that they were out of them. LOUSY SERVICE AND PIZZA. Next time I will drive to Papa John's in Oxford.

There was a family of 4 at the hostess stand when i walked in. They turned and left a couple minutes after i arrived. A few minutes later i had yet to see an employee so i left as well.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced for a out of town guest two employees walked right past me and left me standing at the counter didn't greet me or take my order.
