Terrible service. Placed an online order for pickup at 530 pm. 6pm comes around and I'm still waiting for my food. I asked the cashier lady and she ignored me. 6:15 came around and I turned around and left. Never going there again.

Every time that we order for our local Hut the food and friendly service is top notch!! Orders are ALWAYS perfectly prepared and on time!! I wish we had photographed it, but everyone was “starving”! I’ll do better!! We APPRECIATE our Hut employees and Pizza Hut for returning to Batesville!!

Went to pick up an order and waited over 25 minutes. When I asked how much longer Cameron was extremely rude to me. Please understand they were slammed busy, but all I needed to know was how much longer it was going to be. Pizza Hut employees have to do better.
