Sweet employees I'm here on Nov 2nd 2024 4:30pm and they made all the food delicious, and the smash burger is fire. The car hops was sweet to my kids and over all great place and wonderful employees. ❤️

I came through today and ordered a number 10 (chicken tenders) large with a Dr pepper and tots. The only things in my bag were tots and mozzarella sticks. I tried called to get my money back and no one will answer the phone. Not the experience I want for my lunch break.

Make sure you check your order before you leave. I had a double with no cheese and no mayo and add mustard with a Rt44 cherry DP. Got a double with cheese and sweet tea.

This is the 2nd time they've messed up our order. The carhop couldn't count change back to us. Not a pleasant experience. And half of the stalls still aren't working.

Hot dog was cold half frozen. The fries were awful. After working 10 hours on my feet I had to dissect my hot dog and cook it. If I wanted to cook I could have done so without wasting my money on this food. Which is sad because I work in food and try not to complain but a frozen hot dog.

Yinz need a banana split on the menu and I didn't get a toy with my kids meal. I had big plans to shoot someone in the face with the Nerf Gun. It was going to be epic. Everything was good tho. Service was awesome. Sophia was really nice and fast. The food was great. Choc-O-Late Chip Cookie Dough Blast was really good. Now as soon as yinz get a banana split on the menu, I'll give yinz 5 stars.
Burnt food and couldn't get it right. These folks just plain out cheap and dumb.

Every visit something is wrong. I visit this location weekly, half the kiosks are out of order. When you do find one that works, the staff taking your order mess up and have an attitude with you. I have constantly had the lids on my cups break because they dont secure them, milkshakes sour from the machine not being cleaned, and my breakfast wraps are so greasy that I cannot finish them. As someone who works in the food business myself, I didnt leave a bad review in case it was just an off day at this Sonic.. however this is repeated bad service.
