Every time I order cheesesticks for my children I put two marinara packets in my app to order. Every single time they bring me one and I have to ask for the other over the intercom. Sat in batesville 20 minutes today waiting on someone to bring 1 packet of marinara. Ridiculous. App needs to be updated or better communication should take place

I know it’s fast food and people mess up from time to time but wow this is ridiculous fries taste like perfume and took them thirty minutes to correct a simple hotdog people are nice though

Ordered online. Was 5 to 10 mins away. Ready when I got there
Got the order wrong once over the speaker. That was corrected then still brought out the wrong drink. Ordered a pretzel and I think if I ate it I might have a heart attack with the way it was covered in grease as you can see in the pic below, but I didn’t feel like waiting for another 30 minutes so I took the loss on that. Also not too mention half the screens don’t work so you’ll be lucky if you pull into a spot that works. Last thing, they are just about out of atleast 30% of the menu everytime. Get it together

Ordered the double bacon smasher deluxe today , when I received it nothing was on it besides the pickle and sauce !! Where is my bacon , lettuce, tomato? Had to steal a little lettuce off my daughter burger ,,Every time I come here my order is wrong !! This is so ridiculous
