whoever took our orders had a terrible attitude. the food was cold except the 2 chicken sandwiches. we asked for 3 cherry limeade minute maids and 2 dr peppers and they gave us all dr pepper (this was after we went to the window and changed drinks because they were out of hi-c) the workers were standing around talking instead of pushing orders out like they should've been.

I waited in the drive thru on my way to work for 20 minutes until I had to pull off to avoid being late for work. The workers had on headsets playing around and was not taking orders. Had a friend call the store from her house to speak with the manager and she asked them if they were taking orders? I love Wendy’s But it’s going to be a very long If I ever decide to dine there again… Please do something about the playing and lack of work ethic.

I pulled through the drive-through and ordered a black coffee, and a vanilla frosty. The frosty machine wasn't working so I asked for one order of Cinnabon pull-apart bread. I waited 14 minutes at the window, only to be handed a cup of room-temperature coffee & 2 cups of the Cinnabon bread. The bread and icing were both cold enough that it was hard as 2-week-old donuts. When I told her I only asked for one order of the bread she informed me she had charged me for it. (At this point after 15 min or longer at the window the other cars in line were getting frustrated, honking, and revving their motors) So I just left. I threw them in the garbage followed by so-called coffee... and all of that drama before 10 am and before I had my coffee! That's testing a redhead, especially one who's government name is KAREN. 🤭🤣🤣🤣
