Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Visited Zaxbys for a later in the evening meal on the way down the interstate. The place was quite busy in both the drive thru and dining room – we started at about six people back in the line for the cashier, but the line went well and quickly. The food was ready promptly and was accurate for what we had ordered. I thought it was the correct temperature and portion size though I could not finish all my food. Well done to the line crew and back cooks. They were on top of the game and overall it was a good visit.

The staff need training on professionalism and how to run the restaurant. This business will not last.

I was picking up door dash as a job and they didn't fulfill my order. Bad service!!!!

They gave me the wrong dates I had to turn around and correct it.

I ordered the surf and turf meal. The shrimp were cooked way too dark. The chicken was okay. Zaxby's food is usually good, I don't have a clue as to why it was not good that day....

Food was not as good as it was on many other visits and the place was packed but our meal was ready for pickup on time

Only one car in front of me at the drive through, spent 10 min waiting for them to finish there conversation with the girl at the window to take my order. My drink cup was soaked in coke and the big zax snack was super skimpy on fried and the three tenders they gave me where literally one bite sized. This is the third time I've been handed such tiny portions from them. Not happening again

Usually great, sometimes the servings or portions seem smaller but overall good.

Pulled To Zaxbys & ordered the eggrolls ,,opened my box and they were hard as rocks,, so I turned around took the order back ,, the lady that came to the window was so nonchalant and I also heard her say she might as well calm down ,,didn’t say thank you , I’m sorry or anything ,, I will not be back

Open the dining room.. what's the hold up. I refuse to go through your drive thru again.. your staff doesn't show any care toward the customer.. open the doors and let us dine in

Always a good experience at this location. Portion sizes have gotten so small in the last few years. Literally half the amount of food pre COVID.
Service now is hit or miss.

Gave this location one more chance out of late night despair… Shouldn’t have, the workers still don’t care and the food this time was just gross, there was 0 seasoning on my food and it was all undercooked. Hardly any sauce on the wings. This location used to be great, now we all just wish it was something else. Check the photos
