Elite and owners club line is a fake, there are no workers willing to serve this line. We were just waiting for a sausage biscuit and frappe for 30 minutes while we saw the regular line moving. I am fine to sit in the main line but do not have a second line for elite and owners club if there are never workers there to run it. Food was good though when our order finally got taken by the kiosk outside.
Next time someone orders a burger no mustard don’t try to wipe it off and serve it as if you didn’t put it on there. Some of us are actually allergic to it and when we say no mustard it means don’t put it on the freaking burger!!!! Be glad I’m not sitting in the hospital filling a law suit right now. If I would have eaten it I would be there now…

Worst food ever. People working there don’t know what they are doing. Took 45 minutes to get my latte. Then I threw it away because she didn’t make it correctly. Never again

The people working their are very friendly. They always seem to handle the crowd rush well and maintain their cool. The food is very good. And, the atmosphere is very relaxing. All around, a nice place to sit and eat.

I ordered at 4:56 PM and didn’t receive my food until nearly 5:50 PM—for a single sandwich. I waited patiently while other customers came in, ordered, and were served.
Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I don’t understand is the lack of accountability. I wasn’t offered an apology, an explanation, or even basic courtesy while waiting—no water, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
When I expressed frustration, I was told not to be upset. If an employee were missing an hour of pay, they would understand exactly why time matters. A fellow customer—not an employee—ended up stepping in to help, which says a lot about how the situation was handled.
Overall, the experience was disorganized and unprofessional. Respect for customers’ time goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing here.
The Manager was the problem

We stayed at the Hollywood RV campground for four days and ate at the Celebrity Lounge several times. We had a sampling of food and all was well prepared. Hamburgers were delicious, the best fries and the pizza had good crunch, great sauce and plenty of toppings. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. Well done!

The worst experience in a dining room I've ever encountered. Fryers were burnt because the fries tasted like it. My burger was suppose to be medium. It was a very cold well done. The server did nothing to make the situation better and when the manager came over he didn't know how to make it right. As much turnover as this place receives you would think they would know how to hire people with personality because it was a very robotic experience. Shame on Hollywood casino. Will not return after this.

The worst service I’ve ever had. I have come here for years and always had a good experience. This time it sucked! Don’t waste your money. Furious!!
I've never been charged for onions for a hamburger until this place...$2 for plain white chopped onions that did not taste fresh. The clerk should have stated there would be a charge. The hamburger was a frozen patty with no seasoning at all. The service was minimal. It is loud and smoky. I won't be returning. I'm sure this is reflective of the other items on the menu. I tried to order a Starbucks drink, but it was not available. Had water for my drink and it was funky. Not sure if it was sulfur, but it's not like other places I've been with sulfur. The food is definitely over priced and not worth the cost.

The kitchen messed up one of our sandwiches that was plain, not once but twice then refused to make the sandwich. Kept saying they already made it and sent it out. How hard is it to slap a piece of meat between two pieces of bread? Keep in mind that the other 3 people have already finshed eating and one of them is a slow eater. Then when you tell the cashier that rung you up that you want a refund he's like i need a Manger for that and keeps looking behind you, so your like ok chop chop. The cashier next to him is like you don't need to be rude. No want i needed was for our food to be done the way we wanted it. Now lets also keep in mind that i could have also taken my sandwich back because it had pickles and tomatoes on it but decided to just pick it off instead. Then when management did finally come out she wanted to know why i wanted the refund. Got my refund but then when i asked her to apologize to the front line for me her response was you didn't have to be rude. At that point i was so pissed i decided to walk away because it should have been her job to make sure her staff was doing their jobs. By allowing the kitchen staff to REFUSE to fix THEIR mistakes is wrong. I mean i didn't have to apologize, but i guess the employee's are following the examples they are given. If i could give 0 i would. I don't recommend this place at all. For me it was worse than Ruby Tuesday's
