Cosmos offers delicious homemade breakfast with biscuits, sausage patties, and jam. The food is reasonably priced, and the drip coffee is strong. They provide a military discount, but not for dependents. Service is excellent, although some dishes like beneigts were not well-cooked. The atmosphere is okay, with outdoor seating and a view of the beach. The coffee shop has great customer service and is located near the Gulf. The food may take a bit longer, but overall a fantastic breakfast spot.
