I've been coming to the Bay for almost 7 years now and kept saying I'd make time to come to this Creamery. I finally did and i wish I had made time sooner! This is the cutest little place with THE best ice cream in waffle cone and THE best Banana split, yep went twice in the last few weeks 😁 😋. And the lady that served us, both times (maybe the owner, i didn't think to ask), was so nice. And we're thinking about a lil birthday party here, their lil party room would be so cute for a vintage ice cream parlor party 🥳 ♥️

We love the outdoor area, and the lavender blackberry, chocolate amaretto cheesecake and balsamic pear ice creams. They're vigilant and understand about my peanut allergy.

A quaint little ice cream store near the downtown area. They have a good selection of flavors, including some unique ones like Creole Cream Cheese. Pretty standard stuff otherwise - tasty, but a little tight on the toppings.

I’ve been here quite a bit and always enjoy it. However, tonight I had a not-so-great experience, and I reached out to the company. The owner or manager was quick to respond in a very helpful and kind manner. Great customer service & always great ice cream!

Bad experience due to staff not speaking at all, washing their hands, or wearing gloves. Multiple ice cream flavors dropped into the flavor I chose, and also wiped all over the cup. The person serving the ice cream had multiple flavors from hand to elbow on both arms, dripped water off their hands into multiple ice cream buckets, and managed to get ice cream in their hair while scooping my ice cream. This individual then tried to shake it out of their hair while at the same time scooping ice cream. In fairness to the staff, they were young and seemingly untrained. They need management to train them on greeting customers and sanitary practices.
