Wow! This is truly an Epic Buffet. The food and atmosphere are incredible on all levels. The crab legs were so tasty and abundant. I really enjoy this buffet. If you're ever in Bay St Louis, MS, make this a place to visit. Variety for days.

It’s a casino buffet…the food lacked flavor, and it was was not that Epic to be honest. I was expecting more from something called Epic buffet. For $50 a person, it was not worth the money to be honest.

On my recent trip to Florida we didn’t get a chance to indulge in a lot of seafood so on the drive back we looked up this buffet that touted all you can eat crab?!

I was intrigued and it was the perfect stop on my drive back to Texas.

It’s a bit off the major freeway but when you arrive you realize the Hollywood Casino is huge and this buffet is fitting to accompany it.

The line to get seated packs up but the seating area is huge. It’s $50 per adult, kids 3 and under are free 4-12 are $25.

For the adults it was definitely worth the price. They serve the snow crabs and the Dungeness crabs in small buckets with about 2 clusters each. The snow crabs were okay but the Dungeness is where it’s at! It was super juicy. They have cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, and hot butter to dip. I enjoyed the hot butter but ended up making my own lemon pepper dipping sauce later as well.

This alone is worth the buffet price, but they have prime rib, steaks, and many other items to sample as well.

Short and simple come for the crabs! You won’t regret it.

Snow crab were terrible! They were so hard to crack as they were mushy and see sure they were sitting in water. This is the third time I have been and the crabs were the same every time. So disappointed because the price is not worth it.

Boiled seafood not very flavorful, Steaks tough and no flavor, 90% of the food was unflavorful and definitely not worth the $50

Website says crab legs for dinner Wed & Thursday. That is wrong. Came back the next night when they actually did have crabs. Stood in a short line for an hour to be greeted by rude staff. Now, it was close to closing but we figured they would have told us before we sat down...They finally sat us a few minutes before 9 and they started picking up at 9:30. Had one tray of crabs and rushed to get a dessert that was moldy. Told the waitress and grabbed another. Moldy again. Save your money and skip this buffet. All around terrible experience.

SMELLS SO GROSS IN HERE I CAN’T STOMACH THE OVER PRICED SCHOOL CAFETERIA FOOD.
We get free buffets, but I still don’t want to come here. The food has been the same bland nasty cheap low quality nursing home food for the past decade, and the entire buffet smells like rotten fish.

The food was okay some was hot some was barely warm. Was not worth the $100 plus tax. Will not eat here again unless it’s free.

Yes, they have crab legs. Yes, they have crawfish. Their prime rib was not very good. Their steaks were not very good. They do have royal reds, which were very tasty. Their fried catfish was overdone hush puppies were hard and when I say hard, yeah I don’t even know if the puppy would eat them lolThe breaded fried shrimp are frozen, not fresh but some people like that just saying. The gumbo tasted like the rue had been burnt …They do have a lot of items to choose from so you can find something that is delightful.I myself took the crab meat I picked and the shrimp I peeled and put it in my mac & cheese and made seafood mac & cheese which for me that was awesome! They have a large selection of desserts, which also include several options of sugar-free.It is still one of the few casinos where you can bring your children to have dinner with you. The server was on point and did an excellent job. The atmosphere was welcoming lighting was good overall establishment was clean..

Vegetarian options: Not many options if you are a vegetarian….

First visit. Don't go at 3 pm when dinner is first served. Tasted like all leftovers from lunch. Fried chicken, while crunchy, was dry and tough. Prime rib was inedible and couldn't be cut with knife. Crab claws were ok but not hot. Peel and eat shrimp were good sized and tasted ok. You could tell they had been out because shells were all wet and not crunchy while shrimp a little mushy. Mashed potatoes were ok. Had strawberry shortcake for dessert and there were two partial strawberries in it. If I go back it will be early lunch and maybe get fresh food.
