Hinge is a cozy little spot to be sure. Nice bar and comfy couches, chairs, and tables in the back. There is often great music and I personally love to get out on the floor and dance. The food is good - try the parmesan fries and the chicken sliders. My issue with the place is the service. It's probably not so much the fault of the bartenders - it seems like it's a management issue of perennial understaffing and lack of training. I have waited up to 10 minutes...
Overall a good stop for those Looking for craft cocktails and a cool environment. The only food I’ve had here are the Nashville chicken slider’s which were outstanding. Great selection of bourbon and craft cocktail specials. bartenders do a great job mixing specialty drinks - Old fashions are excellent.

I was excited about this place it had a lot of hype. We arrived to hear some local music one guitar player. We ordered the chicken chicken sliders and the loaded fries from the bar. Found it very odd that all they had was plastic ware and plastic plates for serving however the food did come on a baking. The sliders were good they were missing the pickles. The fries were good also, very small for 17$ I had no idea potatoes were this expensive! Wowzzie. I guess I'll go back...
