Breakfast was fantastic, except for the grits. Plain white grits, no salt, no butter and served nearly ice cold.
The toasted biscuits were amazing. The breakfast sausage was expert! The oatmeal was fresh, simple, delicious. The waffles was super crisp. The coffee was fantastic! Can’t wait to return, but next time will skip the grits.

Wonderful experience. High expectations heading into Mockingbird Cafe and it did not disappoint.
I’m a sucker when it comes to good biscuits and these paired with their homemade jam were excellent. The burger was delicious. The bacon was crispy, and the hash-browns were a welcomed twist.
Be sure to get a menu as you walk in before ordering and do not be intimidated by the large crowd; they handled it like a Chick-fil-A drive through.

My boys and I ate breakfast here while my husband swam across the bay. We had the pulled pork & grits, breakfast burrito, and waffle. All were great! It's a nice place and the people were all very friendly.

It was a nice day with a light breeze so we sat outside on the patio. A bit noisier than inside because of the vehicles going in and out of the lot next door, but not enough to keep from having a conversation.

Stopped by for brunch, whilst on vacay from Scotland. Super cool brunch spot, did the veggie scramble bowl and the food was super delish 😋 I’m on mounjaro, so was looking for brunch that’s not super unhealthy fast foods 😂 Mockinbird hit the spot, filled a nice gap and wasn’t heavy on my tummy 🥑🍳🥗 Highly recommend the Iced Chai Lattes, especially on a hot September day! 🧋🤪🤙 Thanks so much & I’ll definitely stop by again 💛

Love Mockingbird. One of the few places I can order a large blended coffee and it isn’t overpowered by sugar, I can taste the coffee. It’s fantastic. Don’t ever change Mockingbird. Oh and their ham and cheese scones are amazing.
