OMGOODNESS yall i have to tell you about this amazing sourdough bread bowl Mr. Pablo made for me. He even went the extra mile and hollowed them out with a very large center as well as tall. So you don’t have to hollow it out yourself. Most amazing part is the height of it you have your dipping bread right off the bowl with out baking your insides. It won’t allow me to add a photo. Will make a separate post for that.

Excellent pastries and bread.

This is a wonderful bakery. Lots of breads and pastries and cookies to choose from. They even have Shoe Soles (Beaver tails’ up north they are called). Very friendly staff. Go by there for you bakery needs. Highly recommended

Great clean shop cookies and pastry bread a must try

I was disappointed today to find out that Pablo and Missy's Bakery is no longer being run by Pablo and Missy. I overheard the news after purchasing baked goods that I was under the impression had been baked by them. Another customer came in asking if the rumor was true, and the workers confirmed it. Multiple customers who entered the store during the conversation walked out. Many of us had anxiously waited the news of the opening of Pablo & Missy's Bakery, how sad that they are no longer there. There's a reason their names are on the door, the people of Bay St Louis and Waveland know their products are of the best quality. To who ever owns the bakery, letting them go seems like a big mistake.

Food is amazing best bakery on the coast hands down if you haven't been go .and the owners are great to talk to so friendly. Best customer service I have had in a long time

The danish and loaded cinnamon roll were absolutely delicious and huge! You definitely get your moneys worth. They have tables and seating, brewed coffee, and bread and treats like cookies, danishes, muffins and more. Quick and friendly service too! Hard to spot from the road but it’s right beside the back at the end of the shopping center nearest the highway.
