The food is worth the wait and the drinks are amazing.Parking: In Bay St Louis, Ms there were plenty of parking. My 80-year-old father went in to get a cup of coffee because PJ is his favorite in New Orleans and he was the next in line at the front counter. When The person in front of him left the girl didn’t even say I’ll be right with you give me one minute instead she just turned away and walked off to go do something else. I’m writing this review because this exact same exact thing happened to my friend several months ago and neither one of them will be returning to this location. It was a blonde headed girl with the nose ring. I know it’s hard to get help right now, but it shouldn’t be hard to train these individuals who are working in the service industry. This on the owner or management. I cannot comment on the coffee because my father was never served

Stopped in from out of town because PJs is normally a trusted coffee stop. But were we wrong @ this location. There was one lady placing an order and one in the front area seated when we entered. It started from the poor attentiveness at the cash register with an attendant who was attempting to very ineffectively take our order request. She took FOREVER to actually place our order for three items1) 16oz cookie dough latte hot special with added whip cream <+.70> with oat milk2) 16oz decaf butter rum latte hot special with added whip cream on top <+.70> with oat milk3) 12oz peppermint bark special with whole milkWe waited 24 minutes for our orders. And my butter rum latte was caffeinated. So this second attendant redid the order and for whatever reason made a second peppermint??? What the heck? She had even looked up the ticket. Meanwhile only one bathroom was opened for all the patrons that started entering in the place. The other bathroom door was locked and the employees seemed to be holding the key just for their personal use. What a line waiting for the one bathroom!! Ugh!! No good. Finally my order a third time was delivered and we realized that there was no whip cream on either of the two we had ordered. But now they were really backed up. There were three workers and one person ordering at the drive thru. We just left in disgust. Walking to the car and finally sipping our coffees for the first time we were so disappointed at all the tasted AWFUL!! YUCK YUCK AND YUCKWe will NOT be back.I DO NOT recommend this location for service or for coffee or food or for the use of its facilities. Go get coffee just down the street instead. The only thing nice about this place was the decor. Otherwise it is just a one star . Shame on you PJ's. You have lost the trust of three previous patrons.

My recent visit to PJ's drive-through for a granita left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. The discomfort arose during the payment process when the barista, rather directly, asked, "Do you want to leave a tip?"Navigating the question felt awkward, especially given my tipping fatigue. Opting not to leave a tip resulted in an unexpected attitude from the barista, adding further unease to the experience. It's unfortunate that such a routine visit was marred by this uncomfortable exchange. In future, I sincerely hope PJ's considers revisiting their approach to tipping.

One expects to get what is ordered at drive thru - took 2 tries...and then to pay the price on the menu in the drive thru lane - overcharged...years ago this place had good service which and I enjoyed going there. I gave it about a year this time - same results as

It is a PJs like many I have been to before. This is the first one I have visited outside of Louisiana and my first one in BSL. Overall this location inside a former home is very cool inside. They also have a nice patio they share with a location of Creole Creamery.

Cute place but is consistently too slow. Plan on at least 15 minutes if anyone is in front of you. I'm a local and have noticed that the priority is given to the drive through.
