Everything at the Blue Front is GOOD!
We called in heading south to Natchez as we had been told it was worth it. Small old cafe sat next to an old cotton gin warehouse. Used as a refreshment place for the cotton workers and a place to create and listen to the early blues. We all had a cold beer, marvelled at the very old Juke Box and instruments hanging on the wall. Just an iconic place
I can't comment about the food or service, I came out to help Mz Ankh's Cafe with a event she cooked nachos, tacos, fish, and chicken dinners. But I did very much enjoy the Blues Fest they had at this facility, I will go back again and get back with you on the food and service

The process was seamless. Simple and straightforward.
Not a more authentic perfect piece of history on the map. A must see. A must experience. It’s simply great to see Jimmy “Duck” Holmes and all the Blue Front Gang. Catch a festival or just a weekend gig! The people are great and it’s always a great experience!!

Authentic. A real joint. As real as it gets. I left the Mississippi Delta Blues Museum and headed onto Bentonia just for the experience. Incredible

After watching “I am the Blues” we decided to stop by and see this legendary location. We were expecting it to be closed but to our surprise it is still open and this Juke Joint is amazing ! We met Jimmy “The Duck” Holmes and had an amazing conversation with him. We hung out for a few hours just soaking up the atmosphere. It felt like going back home.

Amazing. We stopped to check out the BFC on our trip down the Delta and it was well worth it. Jimmy 'Duck' Holmes is a national treasure and was kind enough to show us the Bentonia style of blues. Not to mention the beer was $1.50!
