The oyster platter and the shrimp poboy was above our expectations! Salad was fresh! “OMG, pork plate for lunch. Pulled just right, tender and with plenty of brown bits. Hardly any fat served and that is just what I like. Order a rack of ribs, cut and brought home to Arkansas. Heated at 220 degrees with provided sauce for about an hour. Without a doubt, the best ribs I have ever had in my LIFE. Tender, plenty of meat, and smoked just right.”

“I had the pleasure of enjoying the original praline, chocolate praline, coconut praline and the praline stuffed king cake. The pralines were creamy with the perfect melt-in-your-mouth consistency and I loved each flavor. That King Cake is soft, moist and perfectly sweetened. I’m happily adding it to my list of favorites. The service is just as sweet as the pralines. Thank you Ms. Joyce and the entire team. Definitely worth the trip to Ponchatoula.”
