Bill's Creole and Steak Depot is a little off the beaten path in Flora, Mississippi, about 20 or 30 minutes north of Jackson, a few miles off US Highway 49 and just past the railroad track; you'll definitely need GPS. This place is amazing. It's so good. It's like, you don't want to tell anybody because you kind of want to keep it your secret and you're afraid of the word gets out, it might change.I stopped her while visiting because I wanted some jambalaya and it was on the menu. Been here multiple times. Never disappoints. The food is always great and the service is always great. I like that it is a casual atmosphere, don’t have to dress up. Highly recommend!
