“The cook was on point Saturday, March 28. The shrimp and grits got me in my feelings, I’m still tickled. They were PERFECT. The kids chicken was THE BOMB. The pasta dishes were all of that. All of the dishes were served with professionalism, joy and he presented himself like he really likes his job. The food was hot and I’m sure because he didn’t linger. Once they were up-they were out. “i had been to amerigos a few times over the last couple years, but nothing will amount to this visit! we were with a party of about 9 or so people and had a regular night. normally i am the last one to get my food and this time it was a little behind than normal. i was never upset about it and understand the kitchen can take longer and things happen, but our server along with (i think) the manager came over multiple times letting me know it was on the way and that they were on it. my food was later than the rest of the table, but i continued to drink my wine and enjoyed the table. the manager (i suppose) came and delivered my food with the sincerest apology for any wait and offered me another glass of wine on the house. the food was nothing short of fantastic even being a little later. i have never been a stickler for things happening and things going under the table, but the way they approached the whole situation put me in awe. they had comped my meal along with the extra glass of wine, ALONG with a gift card for my next visit and i will ABSOLUTELY be back. i have never experienced in my life so much kindness from a restaurant and that sweet waiter. five stars for sure - amerigos knows how to take care of their people even when things don't always go right-- which you will never be able to expect!”

“Pets, unless verified serve animals, were never supposed to be allowed in pelican (per posted signs “no pets allowed due to health dept codes”. Don Getty, prior mgr never enforced that rule jeopardizing the operation of the entire restaurant! I’ve seen monkies, chinchillas , and dozens of dogs illegally allowed in by don….. again, the health department could have closed pelican down for this!!! Don didn’t enforce any of the rules. New mgt does… we love Adrian!!!”

Take it from someone who has dined in more than 25 foreign countries and all over the USA, this place has the ABSOLUTE best central and south American food in the state of MS, and possibly the entire south! 100% recommend without any reservations at all.. **NOTE, do not go here if you are an atmosphere snob! It is very much relaxed, and family centered with wonderful people running it. It is similar to an old country store with some tables and chairs. Try the Pupusas and the Jimaica tea, (hibuscus flower tea). you will not be disappointed in the flavors or the genuine people running this place.”

“I work right down the road from here and did not even know about it. I had a business meeting and we decided to go here for lunch afterwards. The weather was perfect for the patio seating. As for as the wait staff, they were extremely busy, but very friendly and efficient. The food…let us talk about the food…the food was amazing. I mean extremely amazing. It was fresh and so delicious. The hummus and pita were so good. I have definitely found a place I will be going back to multiple times a week.”

“The cooks care deeply about their product. I've never had to re-season my food. The taco ingredients are all sublime. The price is very reasonable and a bargain for the portion of food received. I've not had a bad experience here except for the atmosphere. Sometimes the music is a little raunchy and loud, of the type of annoying Mexican Norteñas country music. I love the Suadero (brisket) as my favorite. Tortas are enormous and will keep one full all day. I also order the alambre dishes which are a sort of stir fry with onions, bell peppers, and cheese, absolutely delicious with large portions. It's like eating in Mexico! I highly recommend this place and come here at least thrice monthly or more. Their drink selections are also excellent. Service is good, friendly, and fast. It helps to speak Spanish but it's not necessary. Everyone speaks English. Not a problem. It's good to see this authentic oasis of Mexican food thriving. I need this food.”

“If you know you know! This place is a hidden gem in plain site on a main street none the less. Honey baked ham is some of the best and most popular succulently made holiday pork you will ever have the pleasure to put in your mouth. What I did not know till recently is they are open year round and have deli's in their locations. Today was my first time going to this location and definitely won't be my last. They have a large selection of sandwiches salads desserts side dishes and soups among many other things. The food was excellent. The service just as much so or more. The atmosphere was nice could use a bit of a look into taking it next level such as booths and a little more of a comfortable restaurant feel. It felt a little off in the design and set up to have fresh cut flowers on every table but all your tables and chairs have a hard wood country style diner eat and get out furniture vibe that makes it feel less comfortable than it could be but not in any way the great customer service doesn't make up for.. Rhonda who seemed to be the manager was very helpful in suggestions and selections. Troy who was the cook was very skilled and also very full of suggestions of things to try next time. Price wise they are affordable but they definitely price their food like everyone knows their name. Two combo meals was 30 dollars. All in all this is a great place to get something good to eat but be ready to pay or go cheaper by ordering a la carte.”

She made the last day of our cousins trip end on a one of the best experiences ever. A picture of graceful and pleasantry personified. The place was packed, she took our drink orders when first seated, no ink pen in site! She made recommendations and they were on point. Young lady you did an outstanding job exuding highest level of professionalism. The perfect experience for us. Highly suggest Miracle, and would request her if we're in the area again. “Just stumbled on this place today - in a quiet spot off the main drag so lots of parking and super safe. We got tacos to go and they were delicious! Packed separately from the pico/cilantro toppings so they were perfectly crunchy when we got home to enjoy them. The pico had some heat - which we loved! Really nice little cafe and a shop with some food/herbs/other items not available in most shops locally. Give them a try - we will be back!”

“This was my second time trying boba and it was just ok as a kid but I have absolutely fallen in love with King Kong ! My favorite is honey dew , matcha, and I just tried the watermelon! Pretty much all of them are my favorite. I like the old canton location but I love coming to the one in north park becuase I jus love having a boba option at the mall.”

I called otw to get it to make sure they still had it. They said yes…when I got there 15 min later, they were finishing it up. They had RE-MADE everything! I even suggested the Olivia's Old South to another soon to be customer of Chicken Salad Chick. She tried another kind but liked Olivia's Old South better. It was just sweet enough for her.”

“This place was great to visit. It took the cashier a while to get to engage but when she did her customer service was great.

The mochinut donuts was delicious and not too sweet. The Korean Dogs was so good and fried crispy, and I could not believe the cheese pull that came from it. Although I did not care for the flaming hot one it was greasy and not spicy at all. So, I would not suggest that kind.

If you are a Anime fan or a K Pop fan this is definitely the spot for you.”

“Honestly, I like Subway. I like the customization and the amount of fresh vegetables I can stack on a sandwich without getting charged extra. That said, when I typically go to one I'm either pleased or disappointed because Subway franchises are notoriously inconsistent, even as a single store. Yet I have never been disappointed coming to this one. I work nearby so I come here often because it's a relatively decent meal for not a terrible price, and the staff knew exactly how I wanted my sandwiches within just a couple of days. That's a level of service I don't get very often, which is awesome. They're always very nice and they do a great job. I will definitely be returning, and I'm very glad to buy sandwiches from this franchise.”
