“I chose this restaurant purely on its names (sorry even my wife tells me I should grow up). We went on a Sunday en route to New Orleans and the place was busy. Food was good, service was excellent and the atmosphere had a family feel. The only downside was it’s a limited menu of “are you having the fish or chicken sugar”. Still it was very nice.“

Great food and love loved the oysters sampler. She liked her tuna but a bit too spicy. Great service. We enjoyed a little walk thru the old school hallways.“

“Chicken Salad Chick has gained a permanent customer because the food is excellent with a very large variety of Chicken Salad’s and it is an extremely healthy meal versus options served at most fast food places. Kicking Kaitlyn is one my favorites and the broccoli salad with the bacon bits and the great salad with the brown sugar but I leave off the pecans are an excellent choice And the meals are not that expensive. I wish they were open mornings because I think the Original chicken salad on a croissant with the slice of cheddar would be something very tasty in the morning time. The star of the show was hands down the Chicken Burger—it was incredibly flavorful, juicy, and cooked to absolute perfection. Pair that with fries that were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right, and it was a flawless meal.

“Had the Sunday Buffet today (they do that sometimes when they have a tournament). As always it is one of my go to places here in Lake Caroline. The fried chicken and catfish are about as good as you will get anywhere. Then you have a choice of greens( it varies), Cole slaw, sometimes Mac and cheese, hushpuppies, fries, dessert and tea. It is reasonable priced and the folks there are great.“

“We had a great experience here! The customer service was excellent, and our food came out in a timely manner. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. We ordered the fish tacos with carrot souffle and the Sunrise Bowl, and both were really good.
They also have a nice outdoor seating area, and the jazz music playing was such a nice surprise! It made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The prices were reasonable, and the overall experience was great.

“We got an order to go. We had trouble hearing the boy on the audio. Chicken Salad was chicken and the dressing to make it wet. I ordered Classic Carrol and the other was supposedly to have fruit in it. We found a half of a grape.

“We rarely eat out much but my husband and I always enjoy dinner at Martin’s. (If you ever see crab cakes as the special of the day, order them. They are heaven. Best I’ve ever had.) The Bloody Marys are wonderful though I order mine ‘not too spicy’; and the wait staff are quick, friendly, professional. Reasonable prices and if you go once, you’ll return.“

“I can’t say enough good things about the staff—they were incredibly kind, helpful, and hardworking. multitasking constantly, I never once saw anyone on their phone—they were fully focused on doing their jobs, and doing them well. If you were working the night shift around 5:30–6:30, thank you for your dedication and kindness! The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and delicious.
