“Had the Sunday Buffet today (they do that sometimes when they have a tournament). As always it is one of my go to places here in Lake Caroline. The fried chicken and catfish are about as good as you will get anywhere. Then you have a choice of greens( it varies), Cole slaw, sometimes Mac and cheese, hushpuppies, fries, dessert and tea. It is reasonable priced and the folks there are great.“

“I love the food. It costs to eat there but it well worth it. They serve BIG portions. I ate off that chicken parmesean plate 3x before it was gone lol. The drinks are good. U gotta try the georgia peach and order the turnip green bites for an appetizer.“

“We got an order to go. We had trouble hearing the boy on the audio. Chicken Salad was chicken and the dressing to make it wet. I ordered Classic Carrol and the other was supposedly to have fruit in it. We found a half of a grape.

“Chicken Salad Chick has gained a permanent customer because the food is excellent with a very large variety of Chicken Salad’s and it is an extremely healthy meal versus options served at most fast food places. Kicking Kaitlyn is one my favorites and the broccoli salad with the bacon bits and the great salad with the brown sugar but I leave off the pecans are an excellent choice And the meals are not that expensive. I wish they were open mornings because I think the Original chicken salad on a croissant with the slice of cheddar would be something very tasty in the morning time. “1st time here. Cool place. Really liked the old school turned into a bar and restaurant. Ambience enjoyable. Enjoyed sitting in half booth backs against the wall facing the windows. Great food and love loved the oysters sampler. She liked her tuna but a bit too spicy. Great service. We enjoyed a little walk thru the old school hallways.“

“Had the catfish plate last Friday so I HAD to post: Hot, tasty catfish; lots of it, actually some of the best I’ve ever had! The slaw is good, too ( pro tip: mixing in some of their homemade dill tartar sauce with the slaw makes it extra delish!) I always get the baked sweet potato with the cinnamon butter topping….. mmmm 😋!! It’s like dessert. You can’t go wrong at Martins!“

Food was good, service was excellent and the atmosphere had a family feel. The only downside was it’s a limited menu of “are you having the fish or chicken sugar”. Still it was very nice.“
