“overall good. i had the shrimp udon and maybe i’m just picky but i wasn’t a huge fan of the vegetable to noodle ratio but i won’t hold that against them because everywhere does things differently. there is always fast service and i love how they immediately greet you once you’re seated. staff is very friendly and welcoming. next time i won’t be getting any noodles unless it’s a soup of some sort but besides that everything’s good. i also went late at night and most places act like you’re the worst person in the world for going late at night or right before closing but not this place.“

“We decided to have an early dinner (4pm ish) & was surprised to see the restaurant parking lot was pretty full. Gratefully we were sat in a corner booth so it felt isolated from anyone else around. It was perfect seating for us as I have a social anxiety disorder & I was able to completely enjoy my meal. Now let’s talk THE MEAL. I ordered the Salmon w/ Asparagus & loaded Baked potato Hubby had a sirloin w/ same sides. We were BOTH pleasantly surprised bc this was the best meal we have had since arriving 8 days ago. The portions are large, the taste is above & beyond and the service? Hands down best so far. Although not real chatty our server was on it. Mouth - I wanted to lick the sauce off the plate but decided to wait till got home - but your buttocks I poured every drop in my to go container. The Salmon? Velvet. Juicy!!!!! Seasoned to absolute perfection. The asparagus? I often have issues chewing asparagus but every single cm was edible and tasty. I saved most for tonight- better than candy! The baked potato was phenomenal! The outside peel;crust? Same as the sauce! It was loaded and so freaking yummy with the bacon. This was an amazing meal. Well worth the $$!! “The restaurant is very cozy. Yia Yia and Papou always come out of the kitchen and greet their guests. They truly treat you like family. I came alone today. Usually come here with my husband. I started with a cup of soup of the day, had the roasted chicken with lemon potatoes as entree, and finished with a slice of lemoncello cake with coffee. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 30 yrs. Dined all of this wonderful country. Yia Yai’s has become one of my top 5 places to dine. Service is impeccable and the cuisine is so authentic and on point. It’s cold outside so it was a hard decision to make over choosing the roasted chicken or the Moussaka that has a hint of cinnamon in the sauce. Sat in the back booth and throughly enjoyed my lunch. The vegan bowl with vegan fried chicken and tofu was excellent, and the dumplings, crab and crawfish rangoons, miso soup, caramel coffee, and mango-orange Island Punch were all so good. Rachel provided wonderful service and made the whole experience even better. There are plenty of options, the portions are generous, and you can tell they care about quality. “i had been to amerigos a few times over the last couple years, but nothing will amount to this visit! we were with a party of about 9 or so people and had a regular night. normally i am the last one to get my food and this time it was a little behind than normal. i was never upset about it and understand the kitchen can take longer and things happen, but our server along with (i think) the manager came over multiple times letting me know it was on the way and that they were on it. my food was later than the rest of the table, but i continued to drink my wine and enjoyed the table. the manager (i suppose) came and delivered my food with the sincerest apology for any wait and offered me another glass of wine on the house. the food was nothing short of fantastic even being a little later. i have never been a stickler for things happening and things going under the table, but the way they approached the whole situation put me in awe. they had comped my meal along with the extra glass of wine, ALONG with a gift card for my next visit and i will ABSOLUTELY be back. i have never experienced in my life so much kindness from a restaurant and that sweet waiter. five stars for sure - amerigos knows how to take care of their people even when things don't always go right-- which you will never be able to expect!“

“The cooks care deeply about their product. I've never had to re-season my food. The taco ingredients are all sublime. The price is very reasonable and a bargain for the portion of food received. I've not had a bad experience here except for the atmosphere. Sometimes the music is a little raunchy and loud, of the type of annoying Mexican Norteñas country music. I love the Suadero (brisket) as my favorite. Tortas are enormous and will keep one full all day. I also order the alambre dishes which are a sort of stir fry with onions, bell peppers, and cheese, absolutely delicious with large portions. It's like eating in Mexico! I highly recommend this place and come here at least thrice monthly or more. Their drink selections are also excellent. Service is good, friendly, and fast. It helps to speak Spanish but it's not necessary. Everyone speaks English. Not a problem. It's good to see this authentic oasis of Mexican food thriving. I need this food.“

“This was my first try of Zeus Cafe and my experience was amazing! For starters the customer service was awsome from the door. He greated us and offered samples. He also shared options of how we could mix and match our meals and shared details on what was in some iteams. The taste of our meals was everything!!!
