“The restaurant is very cozy. Yia Yia and Papou always come out of the kitchen and greet their guests. They truly treat you like family. I came alone today. Usually come here with my husband. I started with a cup of soup of the day, had the roasted chicken with lemon potatoes as entree, and finished with a slice of lemoncello cake with coffee. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 30 yrs. Dined all of this wonderful country. Yia Yai’s has become one of my top 5 places to dine. Service is impeccable and the cuisine is so authentic and on point. It’s cold outside so it was a hard decision to make over choosing the roasted chicken or the Moussaka that has a hint of cinnamon in the sauce. Sat in the back booth and throughly enjoyed my lunch. Thank you to all the staff at Yia Yia’s for bringing such an incredible environment to the Flowood area!“

Food was great. I asked for the Spicy chicken ramen to be extra spicy, and it was exactly how I wanted. Tuna and yellow tail sashimi were also on point. My husband ordered scallop hibachi, and the scallops were actually pretty big. The out-of-control sushi roll was delicious. It has a really good kick. Our waitress checked up on us 4 or 5 times while we were there. Great family atmosphere for dinner!“

“Poke Stop in Flowood was fantastic! Everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The vegan bowl with vegan fried chicken and tofu was excellent, and the dumplings, crab and crawfish rangoons, miso soup, caramel coffee, and mango-orange Island Punch were all so good. Rachel provided wonderful service and made the whole experience even better. There are plenty of options, the portions are generous, and you can tell they care about quality. “i had been to amerigos a few times over the last couple years, but nothing will amount to this visit! we were with a party of about 9 or so people and had a regular night. normally i am the last one to get my food and this time it was a little behind than normal. i was never upset about it and understand the kitchen can take longer and things happen, but our server along with (i think) the manager came over multiple times letting me know it was on the way and that they were on it. my food was later than the rest of the table, but i continued to drink my wine and enjoyed the table. the manager (i suppose) came and delivered my food with the sincerest apology for any wait and offered me another glass of wine on the house. the food was nothing short of fantastic even being a little later. i have never been a stickler for things happening and things going under the table, but the way they approached the whole situation put me in awe. they had comped my meal along with the extra glass of wine, ALONG with a gift card for my next visit and i will ABSOLUTELY be back. i have never experienced in my life so much kindness from a restaurant and that sweet waiter. five stars for sure - amerigos knows how to take care of their people even when things don't always go right-- which you will never be able to expect!“

“This was my first try of Zeus Cafe and my experience was amazing! For starters the customer service was awsome from the door. He greated us and offered samples. He also shared options of how we could mix and match our meals and shared details on what was in some iteams. The taste of our meals was everything!!! Great seasoning, very tender and a very nice portion. Prices were great as well. I had the pleasure of trying a desert as well although I took the picture after the first 2 bites lol it was different but it was amazing as well. Once I got to the counter I realized my order was bigger than what I expected and the same guy helped me carry my order out to my car and even opened the door to my car and made sure I had everything set down before he headed off back inside. This one is no different and the proof is in the fact it is off the main street on a side street at the back of a strip mall that doesn't even face the street and yet they have survived there for years with no advertisement but word of mouth. “We have eaten at China Cafe for years now. But they have gone up so on there prices and decreased the amount of meat in there dishes that we will be looking for other prices. They also need to update there prices on there online menu. Also there is an older lady that works there that is very rude.
