“Just ate at Shaggys for the first time !!!!! The service and the food was great !!!!! Cameron ,our waitress,is such a sweet and beautiful person ! She knew exactly what to suggest for us and the food was brought to us very promptly !!!!! And was so very good !Also the manager is a wonderful guy with a personality that will draw u in!!! And make u wanna return!!!! Such as I Def will!!!!“

“The restaurant is very cozy. Yia Yia and Papou always come out of the kitchen and greet their guests. They truly treat you like family. I came alone today. Usually come here with my husband. I started with a cup of soup of the day, had the roasted chicken with lemon potatoes as entree, and finished with a slice of lemoncello cake with coffee. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 30 yrs. Dined all of this wonderful country. Yia Yai’s has become one of my top 5 places to dine. Service is impeccable and the cuisine is so authentic and on point. It’s cold outside so it was a hard decision to make over choosing the roasted chicken or the Moussaka that has a hint of cinnamon in the sauce. Sat in the back booth and throughly enjoyed my lunch. Thank you to all the staff at Yia Yia’s for bringing such an incredible environment to the Flowood area!“

“It is small but quaint. The nice lady who seems to run it was friendly, fast and helpful. The food was DELICIOUS, hot and MADE FRESH!! I will definitely go back and I have already told friends about this hidden gem!! The cost is VERY affordable especially, since it is all made FRESH! Food was great. I asked for the Spicy chicken ramen to be extra spicy, and it was exactly how I wanted. Tuna and yellow tail sashimi were also on point. My husband ordered scallop hibachi, and the scallops were actually pretty big. The out-of-control sushi roll was delicious. It has a really good kick. Our waitress checked up on us 4 or 5 times while we were there. Great family atmosphere for dinner!“

“Went here for the first time today. It’s very common to find restaurants that are aesthetically pleasing; however, it’s rare to find one that also has good food and this place definitely has both. As soon as you walk in it’s so cute, the staff is very sweet and the place is very clean. The menu has a lot of options for meat and non meat eaters. If you don’t like raw fish, you’re good, they have plenty of cooked options too. Everything was seasoned perfectly and fresh. 1000/10 would recommend and I will be coming back!❤️“

“We were greeted by someone who held the door for us. Our server was so attentive, and the manager walked the floor checking on guests. The Philly eggrolls were an 8/10. My turkey burger was amazing and the truffle tots were so good! 9/10. “We have eaten at China Cafe for years now. But they have gone up so on there prices and decreased the amount of meat in there dishes that we will be looking for other prices. They also need to update there prices on there online menu. Also there is an older lady that works there that is very rude.
