“Was going work in Philadelphia and found this gem ! The food was great ! Prices were awesome! And the staff were so kind and wonderful . Not many places you can sit down and get a lunch special for around $10. Went back 2 days in a row for lunch and tried a couple dishes! Everything me and my husband had was delicious .“

“Ive come to this restaurant since I was a kid and its really the best! They just came out with a new dish! I spoke with the owner and he said this dish is exclusive to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I ate this and its super flavorful and I love it. They made a great flavor whilst also keeping the authenticity of the seafood itself! It truely is a great dish and anyone who loves seafood should come and eat here. The staff is very nice and they put the customer enjoyment ahead of money! RUN HERE. RUN.“

“Stopped in Saturday around 5:00 (6/27/2026). We found this by googling steak restaurants. We had the filet and baked potato with a salad, it was fabulous!! Our server was top notch, wish I had gotten her name. Everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend The Porterhouse.
