This location speaks for itself. OEC is known for quality service and great Japanese and Chinese dishes. This one is no different and the proof is in the fact it is off the main street on a side street at the back of a strip mall that doesn't even face the street and yet they have survived there for years with no advertisement but word of mouth. The food is good. The atmosphere is nice. Prices are acceptable.
