To be honest I have not been to this Subway in a very long time. I had a relative who used to work out this way so I used to go a lot more at that time. When I was going the food was good and well prepared. I did notice their prices were a little higher than other subways but I just accounted it to being a franchise. This has been my favorite subway for the last 5yrs. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined on my last visit. For the first time, I had to use the restroom, and it completely changed how I viewed this place. I was probably the 2nd or 3rd customer that day and went the restroom, so that means they opened up with a nasty restroom to begin. They were nice and friendly, great customer service. But the only thing that I didn't like was that they didn't accept the coupon I had for my sandwich. Was disappointed, but the sandwich was still good.

Subway offers great customer service, with friendly and nice employees. The food is prepared as ordered and the interior is clean and welcoming. The renovated store is cozy and the staff is efficient in taking orders. The food quality is excellent, and the manager is particularly friendly, offering a free cookie to customers.
