“Gave us plenty of extra sauce and ketchup without having to ask. Accommodated us by offering us 3 small frosties instead of the chocolate chip cookies which we would have had to wait 20 minutes for. Food was hot and our orders were exactly right, even with modifications to each item. And we got a ton of food very quickly. Wish the fries were saltier but I am happy with this location and will be back“

“I tried out Southern BBQ sandwich meal. The barbecue sauce has a nice flavor to it. Even though I'm not a fan of ranch sauce/dressing, it was a great combination. It wasn't overkill, you could still taste the barbecue sauce with it. The only thing I dislike was the size of the sandwich and the tenders are mini not regular size. They give you a lot of fries to make up for it.
Note: When I placed my order I requested for fresh grilled tenders. Addison went to tell the cook. But, I got my plate they were cold, so I went back in to tell her. I overheard her telling the cook the issue. And he started an argument about it. She politely told him that there was no need to argue about it, just remake it. When people are paying for service, as an employee of that business you are obligated to provide the best customer service possible.“

“It’s really hard to find decent customer service in the fast food industry but tonight I had one an experience that reminded me of why I myself work in customer service. Laray and Cicely were absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Stopped by for a quick dinner one night. The carhop was very friendly and talkative. Our food came out quickly. There was personnel walking around emptying trash cans. It looked like they kept the grounds pretty clean. I got the garlic butter burger and it was very good. I recommend. One of the better Sonics I've been to in a while.“

“I came in during the lunch, rush today and ordered two plates. While I was there, an obviously mentally unwell belligerent woman came in and ordered food. She was very rude to the manager, who was trying to be helpful and move the line along. I say she was obviously mentally unwell because she had AirPods in her ear and was obviously either talking to herself or to someone, but then stated she was not on the phone. I think a lot of the bad reviews about employees and management come from entitled people. Food was delicious as always“
