“Chicken Salad Chick has gained a permanent customer because the food is excellent with a very large variety of Chicken Salad’s and it is an extremely healthy meal versus options served at most fast food places. Kicking Kaitlyn is one my favorites and the broccoli salad with the bacon bits and the great salad with the brown sugar but I leave off the pecans are an excellent choice And the meals are not that expensive. I wish they were open mornings because I think the Original chicken salad on a croissant with the slice of cheddar would be something very tasty in the morning time. “I tried out Southern BBQ sandwich meal. The barbecue sauce has a nice flavor to it. Even though I'm not a fan of ranch sauce/dressing, it was a great combination. It wasn't overkill, you could still taste the barbecue sauce with it. The only thing I dislike was the size of the sandwich and the tenders are mini not regular size. They give you a lot of fries to make up for it.
Note: When I placed my order I requested for fresh grilled tenders. Addison went to tell the cook. But, I got my plate they were cold, so I went back in to tell her. I overheard her telling the cook the issue. And he started an argument about it. She politely told him that there was no need to argue about it, just remake it. When people are paying for service, as an employee of that business you are obligated to provide the best customer service possible.“
