I am really impressed with the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere. This is right up there in comparison with Chick-fil-A and their standard of service! Very few places in the Jackson Mississippi area that have good quality service such as this place.
Great food, great people!
It's a breath of fresh air to see a small business that does things right. Everything from the functionality to the food is great. I'm not from the area but I have to come through often for doctors appointments and this is now one of my go-to stops for food. The food is great. The only thing I've not enjoyed was the loaded fries. I think they use queso sauce and I'd much order no cheese sauce whatsoever and instead shredded cheese that's melted on there. Based on the reviews, Super Chix - Chicken & Custard offers phenomenal food with amazing customer service. The Blackened Cajun combo is a hit, described as an amazing sandwich with amazing fries and great sauces. The chicken tenders tossed in Nashville hot sauce are also recommended, bursting with flavors. The fries with rosemary pepper seasoning are good enough to sit down and enjoy. The Reesie’s milkshake is so thick a spoon is needed. The sweet tea is decent. The staff is super friendly and helpful, with amazing customer service. The general manager is pleasant and helpful. This location is also an amazing place to view the sunset in the spring and summer.
