I've passed by here a couple of times, so I figured it was time to finally try this place. The service was excellent, and the cashier was super-friendly. Got the Mint Oreo custard to start, and it reminded me of a Sonic Blast but without all the top extra stuff. The entree came about 5 mins later, and it was excellent. Chicken was cooked perfectly, and was really moist. The sauces were pretty good too. Not a 5/5 experience by any means, but a very good place to go if you're looking for a sit-down chicken place. Would recommend.
although the food is pretty good the lady behind the counter, the name on my receipt is Lakelynn, is very rude! She didn’t greet my family & I went walking up to us or say a single word. & she said the total to our order so quietly i couldn’t hear her. & it restaurant wasn’t busy so it wasn’t loud in the restaurant! I’m just extremely upset that we spent almost $100 dollars on dinner tonight because we wanted to try somewhere new & couldn’t get good service.

We rode by Super Chix in Flowood, MS and thought the name was so catchy! We decided to stop and try it. We LOVED it! The staff was so friendly and the chicken was AMAZING! Seriously, the best fast food chicken strips I’ve ever had. The hand cut fries with cajun seasoning were also amazing. My husband loved the signature sauce. The frozen custard was a treat. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Our family couldn't be more pleased. It is very rare that we find a restaurant that we all enjoy as much as we did Super Chix.The Nashville hot chicken was great, every bit as good as the joints in Nashville. The coleslaw is finely shredded with a hint ofpicked?Hand breaded fried pickes? Yep, those are available, too.What about the chicken tenders you ask? Perfection!!The GM and staff were incredibly friendly.This was honestly the best customer service I have experienced in years.The only 2 critiques I could offer are:1) A denser bun would be preferable. By the time the sandwich is half gone, the bun is total mush2) the fresh cut fries could benefit from a nice soak in warm water to begin breaking down the starches. They're good, just a bit starchy.

This place is awesome! The sandwiches are original and fresh, and the loaded fries are phenomenal. We especially loved the sauce bar with nearly a dozen different options. But best of all was Hollie, who not only gave us free custard for our first visit, but went above and beyond to correct a missing sandwich in our order. The customer service is truly unmatched, and we left satisfied and thankful!

Lots of sauces, very anxiety accessible as you don't have to ask for sauces, drinks, to-go plates, or lids. The lovely workers are super friendly and human, nothing seems robotic or stressed from strict managers. But I did see the manager ask our cashier if she needed help with the phone in a lovely and polite way. Overall very good experience and AMAZING fries and chicken, it was super moist and not over sauced! But do ask what condiments come on things cause mayo and such isn't listed
Stimulatingly Super Chix has been a place on the corner of my mind to stop & try. There's a hungry tummy involved, but no longer thanks to the tasty and juicy tender slider meal that surprisingly filled up my tummy tank. It really hit the spot. The freshly made meal was the right portion for the price with the quality to match. Also, The atmosphere is an open and delightfully cozy concept. I believe Destiny was my server. She was super kind and walked me through the many dipping sauce options. The second time I stopped I bought tenders and a fusion shake. I am glad to be able to see how my food is made and also to be able to input about my allergies to food coloring which we avoided using in the shake. I don't remember the young man's name, but he was tall with a mustache. I truly enjoyed my first and second time trying Super Chix. I will definitely return in the near future.
