Chicken Restaurants near Madison

“The place looks amazing. The food was great. The service is the best my family was surprised by a staff member gifting us free card's to a sandwich for next time we come. My family was very appreciative being 4 hours into a road trip. We will be coming back to enjoy this lovely place again.“

“We got an order to go. We had trouble hearing the boy on the audio. Chicken Salad was chicken and the dressing to make it wet. I ordered Classic Carrol and the other was supposedly to have fruit in it. We found a half of a grape.
One boy behind the counter on his phone.
Don’t know if we will be back.“

“Fries were fresh with just the right amount of salt, grilled chicken sandwich was seasoned well and hot, and the lemonade was fantastic. Definitely satisfied my hunger. Didn't take long in drive thru lane because there was sufficient staff on duty. They all seemed to having a good time which is always good to see.“

“Y'all know Popeyes can be hit or miss and will leave you in your car waiting for HOURS for some spicy chicken, right? 😭😩 Well, lately, this location has been ON POINT with their online orders! When I order in the app, my food is HOT, FRESH, and READY when I pickup. I be skipping that LONG LINE with my shades on. Walk in, see my food on the shelf, and happily walk out in 2 minutes. 😎

Also, if there is ever a problem with my order, the online app takes care of it better than the Chick-fi-A app! 😭“

“I am really impressed with the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere. This is right up there in comparison with Chick-fil-A and their standard of service! Very few places in the Jackson Mississippi area that have good quality service such as this place.“

“Great and they have HOSPITAL ICE and the food was amazing“

“Ms. Chris at this location is great! Friendly and helpful!“

“I have to say I’m never disappointed when I visit this location. My food is always fresh and well done just like I like it. The staff knows me by name and it really feels good to be seen and treated with such respect. Customer service was MAGNIFICENT!!“

“Chicken Salad Chick has gained a permanent customer because the food is excellent with a very large variety of Chicken Salad’s and it is an extremely healthy meal versus options served at most fast food places. Kicking Kaitlyn is one my favorites and the broccoli salad with the bacon bits and the great salad with the brown sugar but I leave off the pecans are an excellent choice And the meals are not that expensive. I wish they were open mornings because I think the Original chicken salad on a croissant with the slice of cheddar would be something very tasty in the morning time. Here’s to you, Chicken Salad Chick.“

“The fries size is too small! This is probably one of the oldest locations in the area. The drive-thru only has one lane, and there isn’t a separate lane for mobile orders, which makes pickup very inconvenient. The inside also looks quite old and outdated. Service was pretty slow, and overall, the experience could definitely be improved.“
