“We got an order to go. We had trouble hearing the boy on the audio. Chicken Salad was chicken and the dressing to make it wet. I ordered Classic Carrol and the other was supposedly to have fruit in it. We found a half of a grape.

“I pulled around in the drive thru line and the young man taking the orders knew that I usually place a mobile order. He asked me by name if I had any changes to my order and checked it in that I was here for pick up. I love that they know their regular customer by name. It is warming knowing they care.“

“Fries were fresh with just the right amount of salt, grilled chicken sandwich was seasoned well and hot, and the lemonade was fantastic. Definitely satisfied my hunger. Didn't take long in drive thru lane because there was sufficient staff on duty. They all seemed to having a good time which is always good to see.“

“Chicken Salad Chick has gained a permanent customer because the food is excellent with a very large variety of Chicken Salad’s and it is an extremely healthy meal versus options served at most fast food places. Kicking Kaitlyn is one my favorites and the broccoli salad with the bacon bits and the great salad with the brown sugar but I leave off the pecans are an excellent choice And the meals are not that expensive. I wish they were open mornings because I think the Original chicken salad on a croissant with the slice of cheddar would be something very tasty in the morning time. “i went to Popeyes today and there was a line in the drive-thru of about 6 cars but to my surprise I was at the speaker placing my order before I knew it.The cashier was polite and professional and took my order quickly.Then as I pulled to the window to pay I was greeted by a smiling face telling me my total .I paid for my food my order was correct and fresh and hot and I was on my way.Will be back to order as usual soon.“

“I have to say I’m never disappointed when I visit this location. My food is always fresh and well done just like I like it. The staff knows me by name and it really feels good to be seen and treated with such respect. Customer service was MAGNIFICENT!!“

“I tried out Southern BBQ sandwich meal. The barbecue sauce has a nice flavor to it. Even though I'm not a fan of ranch sauce/dressing, it was a great combination. It wasn't overkill, you could still taste the barbecue sauce with it. The only thing I dislike was the size of the sandwich and the tenders are mini not regular size. They give you a lot of fries to make up for it.
Note: When I placed my order I requested for fresh grilled tenders. Addison went to tell the cook. But, I got my plate they were cold, so I went back in to tell her. I overheard her telling the cook the issue. And he started an argument about it. She politely told him that there was no need to argue about it, just remake it. When people are paying for service, as an employee of that business you are obligated to provide the best customer service possible.“

“Food was great. Friendly customer service . The staff was awesome and friendly. I was greeted upon arriving. The store was clean per usual. Whenever I come during lunch hours I NEVER HAVE AN ISSUE, FOOD IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND THE STAFF IS VERY CONSIDERATE. Olivia's Old South on a croissant with an extra scoop & my extra side was grape salad. The whole meal is to die for (not literally, but you know what I mean. ). I even suggested the Olivia's Old South to another soon to be customer of Chicken Salad Chick. She tried another kind but liked Olivia's Old South better. It was just sweet enough for her.“

“Church's will always have my love. Food always good. Service got 4 stars only because I walked in after leaving out the drive through that hadn't moved 😳. I can not nor will not begin to understand why because running these restaurants are not easy jobs. People don't come in, to work when they are suppose to, people play when they aren't supposed to. Being a manager though you set the tone. If you don't want to he there the people working for and with you are gonna be the same. Period. The lady helped me as soon as I came in. Now I could see frustration on the facces of the people waiting inside and in the drive thru. This location was jumping even as slow as the service was. If we could just be thankful we have a job and not be angry cause we have to work cause there are people who want to work and want to make people happy with the service they provide. No matter what you do, do 1000%, you may not see the reward immediately, but you will see it.
