“I pulled around in the drive thru line and the young man taking the orders knew that I usually place a mobile order. He asked me by name if I had any changes to my order and checked it in that I was here for pick up. I love that they know their regular customer by name. It is warming knowing they care.“

“I had the Dixie Chic scoop, Mac and cheese, and loaded potato soup with a strawberry lemonade and it tasted divine. A bit pricey but totally worth it! They have savory, spicy, and fruity scoops or make it a sandwich! Many other items to choose from and they have a different soup every day. Mac and cheese and loaded potato soup is everyday. Give it a try if you like chicken salad. It's not too wet or dry and paced with a ton of flavor! Let's just say if I were rich I'd eat there everyday and never get bored with their menu.“

“I visited on Veterans Day to get free Signature Chicken Sandwich. Veteran’s were required to download app and then have coupon scanned. This is a bit much especially for older Veterans who really don’t get into apps etc. I had trouble pulling up coupon and the young lady who assisted also couldn’t find it to download. It didn’t appear in my app. The general manager (Lynn) stated that this had been an issue all day and she had to comp the sandwich.The service was impeccable as Fara and Kennedy were awesome. They greeted everyone with a smile and were extremely friendly and helpful. This is what you call excellent customer service!!!!The atmosphere is great! It’s very cozy; nice and clean. It seems it must be u see new management because the last I visited, which has been awhile, the dining area wasn’t very neat and clean. It seems Lynn is also doing a wonderful job and should be commended.I really enjoyed my visit and highly recommended this location. Oh, and all the food taste great!!! ?

“I was there a few mins ago and left my biscuits (I think a miscommunication on my part) and a nice young man blasted out the front door with my biscuits yelling “ma’am” before I could get to Hwy 51. Sometimes it’s the little things. ? (like Popeyes biscuits) Thank you so much for literally running me down!“

“It's a breath of fresh air to see a small business that does things right. Everything from the functionality to the food is great. I'm not from the area but I have to come through often for doctors appointments and this is now one of my go-to stops for food. The food is great. The only thing I've not enjoyed was the loaded fries. I think they use queso sauce and I'd much order no cheese sauce whatsoever and instead shredded cheese that's melted on there. The plain fries are amazing though! And so is the chicken and the signature sauce.“

“delicious food and everyone is so nice and the woman who ran our food even made jokes with us:) i usually go through the drive thru and was surprised how nice the inside is. they also have watermelon tea and strawberry lemonade both were very delicious. i always get fruity fran and mac and cheese. never disappoint!!! and the COOKIES! SO GOOD!“

“Food horrible disgusting the cashier that had the purple an black hair that's no longer there had a very nasty attitude the chicken would be good somedays I guess but this is the worst one ever I received spoiled Cole slaw an raw chicken never again will they get my service“

“The food is delicious and fresh, but the service is very poor. The drive-thru women are extremely rude and acting like they don't want to service their customers. They even talk about the customers on the speaker box. If the food wasn't good, I would not suggest that you eat here. I give it a 3.5 rating. Just for the food.
