“The employees and the manger were so friendly, professional and customer-driven. James, the manager went above and beyond to make sure the customers’ experiences were great. His interactions with the staff were also impressive to witness.“

“We visited for the first time yesterday for lunch & loved it! This was my boyfriend's first adventure in Mediterranean foods, so he was hesitant to say the least. LOL He tried & loved the grilled chicken pita wrap. I had gyro salad & it was delicious! We opted for the hummus & pita starter & it was delicious as well. The boyfriend wasn't sure what to think of hummus, but I think if they had a roasted red pepper hummus, we could have created a hummus fan yesterday. LOL We will definitely be back when we're in the area! This is such a great spot for a quick, light & yummy lunch!“

“The place looks amazing. The food was great. The service is the best my family was surprised by a staff member gifting us free card's to a sandwich for next time we come. My family was very appreciative being 4 hours into a road trip. We will be coming back to enjoy this lovely place again.“

“Stopping on our way to Bands of America, this location ROCKED!!!! 188 high school band students, with Boosters, Staff, and Bus Drivers descended on this area. The staff here were organized and efficient, getting approximately 40 of us through the line in 20 minutes. I wanted to make sure they got credit for great service, so got all their autographs!!!!
THANK YOU for a quick and pleasant dining experience! ♥️“

“With McAlisters you know what you are going to get…a pretty good sandwich, pretty good sides, and excellent sweet tea.
The club sandwich on wheat is good. The turkey on white bread is good.
Choose 2 and get a side of chips and rotel for an exciting by McAllisters standard lunch!
Only complaint is they got rid of the pita bread.
Good cookies.

“I’m at SAHM of two little ones (4&2) Due to the timing of my youngest’s speech therapy appointments we eat lunch out twice a week. It’s always something I secretly dread because we don’t do screens so my kiddos can be wild. Usually workers give me funny looks but not here. Everyone was nothing but helpful. Ms. Hope and her team were so kind and food was fresh as always“

“I am really impressed with the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere. This is right up there in comparison with Chick-fil-A and their standard of service! Very few places in the Jackson Mississippi area that have good quality service such as this place.“

“Nice, local eatery that we visited for the first time. Staff was friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. Think of this as a Panera, but better food and service.
You order at the register and then sit down. When your food is ready, they bring it out to you and they also clean the table when you are done.
They offer a variety of choices and have a few options for combining meals. My wife got the soup and half sandwich combo. She said the soup was amazing. I got the chicken Caesar wrap. The wrap was good, with fresh ingredients. Maybe a little smaller than I expected, but it was perfect for my appetite this time.
While some complain the noise is an issue, we didn't have that problem. They also offer outdoor dining, covered, if you prefer that. Definitely recommend!“

“Normally everything is spot on here. But today I had a pickup order and the sandwich and salad was very sad! And it looked like they dropped the cake we ordered. The potato soup was good. Overall I have had and seen better from this location.“

“I placed my order on line. Drove a short distance to pick my food up. My food was ready and my order was completely correct. I also received a free drink for becoming a newk’s acct member. I also picked up a whole chocolate cake for a birthday. Their cakes are delicious.“

“This is an amazing place. I always receive the best service and the food is Awesome. It is well worth the money and ingredients are always fresh. Worth a visit. It is more of a takeaway than sit down place, but most people are picking up lunch.“

“We tried Rooster's/Basil's for the first time tonight at the recommendation of a family member. I'm so glad we did because it did NOT disappoint! Everything was made fresh to order and the customer service was the best I've experienced in awhile. We will definitely be eating there again and I highly recommend it!“

“Our office ordered box lunches recently, and everything was *awesome.* I recommended the banana pudding to coworkers, and that's what everyone got and was glad I suggested it. It was fabulous! Our only complaint is the puddin' serving size was too small. 😂 Personally, I'd rather have a larger serving of nanner puddin' and a smaller size side order in the box lunch, even though the pasta salad was fantastic as always. Everyone agreed: Excellent lunch!“

“Awesome atmosphere, friendly staff... but the cookie thing... Tasted like store bought frozen dough cookies that you put in the oven and got high and forgot they were there and got kinda burnt but not burnt enough to make them inedible so you eat ‘em anyways.
Axe throwing was fun, too“

“The fries size is too small! This is probably one of the oldest locations in the area. The drive-thru only has one lane, and there isn’t a separate lane for mobile orders, which makes pickup very inconvenient. The inside also looks quite old and outdated. Service was pretty slow, and overall, the experience could definitely be improved.“

“I dined in by myself first time ever doing that! The service was amazing! Food came out hot and fast and all tasted delicious! Wish I would have taken a pic! My server was awesome wish I would have remembered her name! Definitely recommend this location. The general manager and another manager both cake and checked on the tables which was really nice! All around great experience!“
