“Great customer service. I decided to try after my son was always patronizing. The first time excellent service and the food was hot. I thought it was a fluck so I went again on9/4/26 at 8:13. Same order. And hot and fast with a smile. The guy always smoke and says thank you. Your chicken is tasty and fries good. Just lighten up on the salt. I bought the Big Zac snack meal. Give them a raise for great customer service.“

“We visited for the first time yesterday for lunch & loved it! This was my boyfriend's first adventure in Mediterranean foods, so he was hesitant to say the least. LOL He tried & loved the grilled chicken pita wrap. I had gyro salad & it was delicious! We opted for the hummus & pita starter & it was delicious as well. The boyfriend wasn't sure what to think of hummus, but I think if they had a roasted red pepper hummus, we could have created a hummus fan yesterday. LOL We will definitely be back when we're in the area! This is such a great spot for a quick, light & yummy lunch!“

“Today 11/17/24 I waited on our Byram newks to open. I was headed to the hospital and wanted some lobster bisque soup to take to my husband. I walked in a couple minutes before they were actually opened. The manager was holding his before opening meeting. He told me it was ok to come on in. His meeting was full of positive and encouraging words. When he finished he came to help me. I wanted the large container and the grab n go only had the small container. He said we can get you that. While I was waiting I said sorry for busting in on your meeting. 😂 I explained that my husband was in the hospital and I was taking him one of his favorite soups. He asked me was he ok. I told him about him having cancer and only wanted soup today. He said I’m so sorry will definitely say a prayer for him. He then says I’m giving you my manager meal discount today. I said no that is so sweet but not necessary. He did anyway. That sweet gesture just touched my heart. I also shared with him that my husband picks up food at least once a week on his way home. Several of the employees know him by name now. One of the them said your changing up your look on me. So my husband explained he has cancer and taking chemo. The chemo has caused him to lose most of his hair and his full beard. The employee was so worried and said he hoped he would be ok and would pray for him. Shout out to the manager Alex and his staff for being so sweet and kind.“

“This is an amazing place. I always receive the best service and the food is Awesome. It is well worth the money and ingredients are always fresh. Worth a visit. It is more of a takeaway than sit down place, but most people are picking up lunch.“

“I first had a sandwich back in the 70s at the Jackson Mall and was immediately hooked on Chic Filet. I can’t begin to count how many times I’ve eaten there and it’s always been great. Sadly, I was served the traditional chicken sandwich and couldn’t eat it due to a foul taste I can’t describe. I didn’t complain because I had some colleagues with me that were enjoying their meal and I must mention that the staff were so polite and genuine. “We tried Rooster's/Basil's for the first time tonight at the recommendation of a family member. I'm so glad we did because it did NOT disappoint! Everything was made fresh to order and the customer service was the best I've experienced in awhile. We will definitely be eating there again and I highly recommend it!“

“Now, I’m not the one to leave bad comments, but now, on Oct 14, 2023, I visited the Brandon store and got in the mobile line and didn’t know there were 2 separate lines only to get to the attendant and was told that I had to circle back around and get in the drive thru line because, I can’t take drive thru orders in this line. Well, I circled the building and made sure I got in the drive thru line with a customer in front of me having mobile app issues that should have been in the mobile line. The same attendant that told me to circle the building came from the mobile line and took the order of the customer. Once that attendant was done with that customer I questioned the fact why my order couldn’t be taken from the mobile line when I was in it like you came over to the drive thru line with that customer that was having mobile issues? It was unacceptable. That’s all I have folks.“

I called to the Byram location and not only did “I’m assuming the manager” offer to prepare my correct order again, he even offered to deliver it to me at home! No need since the hubby is out patrolling he could just grab it for me. I have my correct order. Hot and fresh, even with cookies! Now that’s customer service!“

“The fries size is too small! This is probably one of the oldest locations in the area. The drive-thru only has one lane, and there isn’t a separate lane for mobile orders, which makes pickup very inconvenient. The inside also looks quite old and outdated. Service was pretty slow, and overall, the experience could definitely be improved.“

“Plenty on their menu to select from. My togo order was for wings and tacos. The street tacos (3 steak 2 chicken) were delicious, the bone in wings not so much. The lemon pepper wings looked and tasted freezer burnt that may not be normal for them so I will try again. Overall a fair 4 rating for Angry Rooster“
