The general manager carolyn wilson is awesome. food is fresh and and ready. i love everything. it’s clean and no type of bugs. smells nice and there’s no mess. the employees are very dedicated. come now!
The place was amazing, and everything was great. Carolyn was the best! She was so kind, helpful, and made the experience even better. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Based on the reviews, the customer service at this Zaxbys is amazing. The workers are patient, kind, and very quick. The evening crew is extremely nice. One specific crew member, Samarah, was awesome. She was polite, spoke properly, made sure the order was correct, and offered extra items on the menu. Another customer said Samarah was SUPER courteous and made sure the food was hot and fresh, even right before closing. The manager on duty at noon was hyping the team up, treating them with respect, and encouraging them, creating a great atmosphere. The food is great as always, fresh, hot, and made exactly how it was ordered. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and everything came out quickly. The food was definitely worth the money spent. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had a positive atmosphere. The restrooms and lobby were very clean. Customers would definitely recommend this location.
