“I waited 10 - 15 minutes on my food. At 1:15 both lines were busy so I walked up. I was informed by the cashier that they were making fresh sandwiches so it would be a few. Few minutes later I was asked if I wanted something to drink due to the wait and declined the offer. I get home and open my bag and there were 2 apple pies in it. I called up there and told the manager they did an awesome job and keep up the good work. My order was $4.50 , I know people always complain but a compliment can go a long way as well. Thanks rally’s for the great service.“

“Great customer service. I decided to try after my son was always patronizing. The first time excellent service and the food was hot. I thought it was a fluck so I went again on9/4/26 at 8:13. Same order. And hot and fast with a smile. The guy always smoke and says thank you. Your chicken is tasty and fries good. Just lighten up on the salt. I bought the Big Zac snack meal. Give them a raise for great customer service.“

“Firs time ever coming to a bumpers. Never seen a bumpers before. Checked the menu online and saw a chili cheese burger and i was sold! I added on chili cheese fries as well, because i am in that mood recently. I didn't modify anything, as i wanted the bumpers experience as it should be. I was curious if they would use mustard on the chili cheese burger or not? (Some places do and some don't). My total was under $15 and included a drink, not bad at all. The food arrived and presentation was a bit...sloppy, but hey, it's a chili cheese burger right? It should be sloppy! The cheese melted over fries nucely though and came out very nice. I was pleasantly surprised when i but into my burger, the chili is delicious and it pairs very nicely with the mustard (yes they use it and i prefer it that way). To me, this was the correct call. Hit that craving that i have been wanting and just couldn't find anywhere. The chili cheese fries were...okay, to be honest. I don't love shoestring style fries and i didn't realize they offered tots until long after i placed my order, i would have preferred it. But over all, not disappointed a single bit. The server that brought my food was incredibly friendly, unfortunately, i didn't catch their name, but was greeted with a friendly smile and great service. Over all, i wasn't sure what to expect, and my expectations were blown out of the water. Reviews asks about atmosphere and this question gets sometiems, because it's outdoor seating that you would expect from a drive in location. Overall, i am glad i made the choice to stop in, as i was planning to continue to the Sonic's next door. I will be sure to keep my eye out for Bumpers locations in the future. Thank you Bumpers staff for giving great service and making my first ever Bumpers experience a great one.“

“This location in Jackson Mississippi must be a popular one. The staff was friendly, the customers were friendly, they simply ran out of two of my favorites.... the mild sauce and the crisp lettuce to top off a bowl. I tried the new honey chicken and it was delicious. The brown rice was a fresh, moist, hot batch that was delicious. The medium sauce masked the lime flavor that you taste more with a mild sauce. A worker in the drive thru line gave us a cup of pico from her work station that the inside main line had run out of after we had paid and sat down. If you are looking for a kind work crew, visit this location but get there earlier than we did so your favorites don't run out. Have a joy-filled July by including Jackson's Chipotle in your day.“

“They make a GREAT Slushi. There are some Sonic locations I won't even go to because their slushies are watered down and not much of a slushi. This is an older Sonic location, but they have a great and friendly staff and I've never had anything bad from this location.“
