“Now, I’m not the one to leave bad comments, but now, on Oct 14, 2023, I visited the Brandon store and got in the mobile line and didn’t know there were 2 separate lines only to get to the attendant and was told that I had to circle back around and get in the drive thru line because, I can’t take drive thru orders in this line. Well, I circled the building and made sure I got in the drive thru line with a customer in front of me having mobile app issues that should have been in the mobile line. The same attendant that told me to circle the building came from the mobile line and took the order of the customer. Once that attendant was done with that customer I questioned the fact why my order couldn’t be taken from the mobile line when I was in it like you came over to the drive thru line with that customer that was having mobile issues? It was unacceptable. That’s all I have folks.“

“We’ve lived in Crossgates for a good while now and have been sleeping on Bonfire Grill. This place beats OEC AND Ichiban (in our opinion). Super clean, fresh hot food, quick service and the super sweet lady at the register made our first visit nothing less than perfection. We have a new fave. Go check them out!“

“Floor has been sticky near drink machines 3 of last 5 times I've been here. NEVER any ketchup in the dispenser. Slow kitchen service. Repeatedly Disappointed. Need better management.

“Ordered Big New Yorker Pepperoni, medium pineapple pizza, naked boneless wings with medium buffalo sauce on the side and garlic cheese sticks. The Big New Yorker pepperoni pizza was the standout—well cooked with great flavor. The pineapple was good, though some slices had more pineapple than others. Wings and sauce was on point according to the husband. Garlic cheese sticks were warm and tasty. Everything arrived warm and neatly packaged. We had enough for two meals which was a plus. Overall, a solid meal and we’d order again. Great price! 🍕“

“I placed an order through the app and had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through just for them to not be able to find my order even though it showed that I was at the right location and my order had went through. Despite that Terry who was working the window was extremely nice and made sure we got our order. Major shout out to him because they obviously had a big rush going on and were very busy. He could have been upset/rude/not filled our order but instead he was very kind and made it right for us. Instead of feeling like we never want to come back to this location because of the long wait and our order being messed up we definitely will be coming back.“

“Tonight around 7:00. My husband stopped to pick up a sandwich for us for supper. There was one young man, a 9th grader from McClaurin that was the only employee there. The store was very busy and this young gentleman was working extremely hard. He was completing order accurately, without complaining, all while trying to maintain curtious, friendly conversation with the patrons. Not sure of his name, but he did above and beyond what is normal received. In a society and time where no one is showing up for work he showed up and showed out. Thank you sir for you commitment.“

“First time coming here in the workers were very kind. The girl working the front was sweet along with the teen with the dreads (didn’t get their names), but both were kind. Haven’t eaten the food yet so I didn’t want to put five stars without trying it first. I will say one negative is how the address shows up on Google Maps. My GPS brought me to the CVS I had to pull in and ask McDonald’s if they could tell me where the Pizza Hut was.“
