I from old school where managers knew all aspects of the operations and had to hold the line to make things happen effectively and assist with the mission of delivering a great service. Some retraining and personal development tactics need to be installed here.... But at the end of ya gruesome wait....it's Wendy's food and taste that helps you to compromise....“
