“I came here today for a quick stop. I love Dairy Queen . I even worked for the franchise my first job in college. I always stop by here when I am this way. I wanted to make a point. I placed my order. No problem. 30 minutes later a simple 7 dollar meal the way it comes not brought to me. What irritated me is a couple came behind me. They got their food first . Then the lady that took my order made eye contact and went back to the kitchen. I had to go to the counter and explain to another lady what happened .She couldn't even find my order. I paid cash. I had my ticket. I had my drink. The other lady never came up front until the young lady said she had a ticket and no food. She didn't apologize. She said yes she did order. A 15 minute stop turned into 40 minutes stop. I would have been written up back in the day and made to apologize. It just irritated me . I wish people cared about their jobs whatever it might be like we did back in the day. It's hard to find great customer service.“

“I stopped by to get cookies for my birthday. And I ordered the lava cake. Someone didn’t seal the fudge in container properly. By the time I got home, The fudge that was supposed to go on the Lava cake was gone and all over my clothes. I haven’t tasted the cookies yet. I’m sure the cookies are probably fine. But this has been a horrible experience.“

My favorite go-to is a collagen base with added flavoring of strawberry, orange and pineapple sweetened only with stevia, plus sugar-free boba!!! It's so good, I can't get enough. The owner was happy to accommodate me, helping me customize my drinks, keeping them true to my very strict dietary guidelines. The employees are cheerful and polite. “We showed up tonight with 9 middle school girls, and three adults, and there was only one young man working. He was so wonderful and worked very quickly preparing all of our orders. The drive-through was really busy the whole time that we were there. He had the best attitude, and never seemed overwhelmed, or frustrated.
