I had to make some changes to my pizza order, including switching the sauce from marinara to Alfredo, and the person who answered my call was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and ensured my order was exactly how I wanted it.

The pizza turned out delicious, and my kids absolutely loved it! Great customer service and great food. I’ll definitely be ordering from this Domino’s again.“

“They accidentally got my pizza wrong. It happens. I came back to the store to get a replacement pizza and was having a slight autistic meltdown because it was crowded, I am autistic. I just wanted to leave and I think I even started crying at some point because overwhelmed is overwhelmed. The lady that helped me was so nice and caring and made sure I got my pizza back better than it was before. I love this store and its employees.“

“Came into this location today 6 PM was greeted by a very friendly staff member. They had ample amount of pizza, ready and available. I chose my go to pepperoni and this was one of the best pizzas I’ve had from Little Caesars in a long time. Fresh hot and ready. 10 out of 10 experience phenomenal. “My husband and I were in Jackson with a few hours to kill. We stopped a nice couple in Highland Village to ask where they would recommend us eating lunch. We were both very pleased with their recommendation. I enjoyed the linguine with crawfish tails on which our attentive waitress helped me decide. My husband enjoyed the carne pizza. “i had been to amerigos a few times over the last couple years, but nothing will amount to this visit! we were with a party of about 9 or so people and had a regular night. normally i am the last one to get my food and this time it was a little behind than normal. i was never upset about it and understand the kitchen can take longer and things happen, but our server along with (i think) the manager came over multiple times letting me know it was on the way and that they were on it. my food was later than the rest of the table, but i continued to drink my wine and enjoyed the table. the manager (i suppose) came and delivered my food with the sincerest apology for any wait and offered me another glass of wine on the house. the food was nothing short of fantastic even being a little later. i have never been a stickler for things happening and things going under the table, but the way they approached the whole situation put me in awe. they had comped my meal along with the extra glass of wine, ALONG with a gift card for my next visit and i will ABSOLUTELY be back. i have never experienced in my life so much kindness from a restaurant and that sweet waiter. five stars for sure - amerigos knows how to take care of their people even when things don't always go right-- which you will never be able to expect!“

“Service was fast, and helpful upon entering the store front. But, as I completed my transaction with the nice young lady another employee entered the restaurant from the side door - he changed the atmosphere of the restaurant with the first word he spoke. This employee continued to fuss verbally out loud, even as he got on the line to work. I think it would be good practice for employees to read the room upon entry, and act accordingly. The young lady who was helping me, looked up at me with a shy, embarrassed look on her face. She said thank you and the time my pizza would be ready. Quickly she walked towards an opposing prep line to work.
The experience I encountered this evening was unnecessary, but it will not keep me from enjoying the great food this restaurant offers. The mistake of one person, on one occasion, out of the many other great experiences shows that we all having some growing to do.“

“We were in town for an event and stopped in for lunch. Loved the seating upstairs! Pizza was great, cheesy bread was fabulous! Be sure to get the ranch because it made the entire meal. 10/10 would come back if we’re in the area again!

“Today 11/17/24 I waited on our Byram newks to open. I was headed to the hospital and wanted some lobster bisque soup to take to my husband. I walked in a couple minutes before they were actually opened. The manager was holding his before opening meeting. He told me it was ok to come on in. His meeting was full of positive and encouraging words. When he finished he came to help me. I wanted the large container and the grab n go only had the small container. He said we can get you that. While I was waiting I said sorry for busting in on your meeting. 😂 I explained that my husband was in the hospital and I was taking him one of his favorite soups. He asked me was he ok. I told him about him having cancer and only wanted soup today. He said I’m so sorry will definitely say a prayer for him. He then says I’m giving you my manager meal discount today. I said no that is so sweet but not necessary. He did anyway. That sweet gesture just touched my heart. I also shared with him that my husband picks up food at least once a week on his way home. Several of the employees know him by name now. One of the them said your changing up your look on me. So my husband explained he has cancer and taking chemo. The chemo has caused him to lose most of his hair and his full beard. The employee was so worried and said he hoped he would be ok and would pray for him. Shout out to the manager Alex and his staff for being so sweet and kind.“

“I just want to comment. I’m one of your managers on Lakeland Drive, Dee. I called not realizing that it was a lunch crowd and explain to her that I needed some sandwich catered. Could she do it. She explained very nicely that she was in the middle of a lunch crowd, but would try her best. When I got there an hour later, my sandwiches, chips, salad, And tea or waiting for me. She is an employees. She deserves to be recognized. My name is Joyce Niskala.“

“I have been eating Lost Pizza for years. The last two times I have order, the food has not been the best. Tonight, I ordered a pizza and it was so horrible I decided to call and the manager was so rude and would not remake the pizza.“

“Today was the 1st time I’ve been to The Manship. We sat outside as the day was overcast and comfortable temps. The atmosphere is laid back southern elegance. Lunch menu choices made it difficult to choose. We started with the seasonal cocktail, a very Manship twist on a French 75 served frozen in a coupe and garnished with a violet. This is one I hope they make a permanent part of their menu. Perfect balance of sweet/sour and delightful on the palate. Next we shared smoked tuna dip served with what I think were fried tortillas seasoned with chili lime and saltine crackers. It rivals the best smoked tuna dip I’ve ever had from along the Atlantic. For entrees we chose small plates: Manship Woodfired Oysters served with focaccia and a special of Bbq pork belly served with Brussel Sprout slaw. I am not fond of brussel sprouts & surprisingly I loved the slaw. The oysters were beautifully served in a dish that kept them warm and not overcooked. The thick slices of bread were perfect for dipping in the butter sauce used in cooking the oysters. The pork belly was so good. Just the right amount of rub and sauce cooked to tender, melt in your mouth perfection. Our server was a total pro. I feel so bad because I didn’t write down her name. My daughter who was with me once worked as a server at a restaurant much like Manship. She was very impressed because our dishes arrived in perfect order and timing. She was knowledgeable about every item on the menu. Do yourself a favor and go eat at this wonderful establishment! We will come back!“

“Florence, Mississippi location is the BEST ever. They have greatly improved 100% in the past year an half. Customer service with a Smile and friendly Hello. Food has not been lacking at all.

“I’ve lived right down the street from this dominos for 10+ years and they have consistently been a good business through management changes and recipes alterations. With that being said there is a man that has been there for years, white man long blonde hair. This man works so very hard and often times by himself. If you are in the area and need some good pizza and or great service this is your spot!!!“

I stopped in for fuel and got great service. A great meal cost me less than $12 and I had plenty to eat on all the way home. Gavin and Keaton were as friendly as any persons I could want to have helped me --w/ door and carry pizza to car for me; open; friendly, willing to chat, or joke around or just chill if that be the preferred
