“Pick-up window was convenient and fast. The staff member working the window was an older woman who still remembered the good old days when policy was to greet customers with a smile and say thank you for choosing their restaurant. I miss that quality of customer service.“
“I placed an order and although the staff is super friendly and polite, I got the wrong pizza again. Got home and called back to the store several times but never got an answer even though my receipt had correct pizza, I got wrong pizza instead.So update, the manager contacted me two days later and apologized for the error. She also redid my pizza and it was great, as we eat pizza every week, I appreciate that she took the time to reach back out to me and thanks to her for making the experience better.“

“Out of town, again on business, looking for a good place to eat (and have a drink). Well, I landed on The Manship Wood Fired Kitchen. I usually sit at the bar because I'm by myself. Anyway, the bartender (Angela) is knowledgeable on bourbons (what I like). She didn't treat me like I asked stupid questions. Believe me, I asked a lot. I tried her old fashioned and Manhattan (a perfect Manhattan is what I like). Both were very good. I usually make my own at home and love them so I compare to those. They have a great bourbon/rye selection and other spirits - very extensive. I had the Fisherman's style red dish which is blacked. It comes with cauliflower. Dinner was excellent. I ordered the recommended pecan pie cobbler. I'm not a fan of cobbler. This crust is a cornbread crust. Oh my gosh. Trust me on this. (I know you don't know me from Adam to actually trust me, lol) It was amazing. If you like pecan pie and are a connoisseur of it, you will love this. I really have zero negatives about this place. Not the food or service or anything else. Everything was excellent. Visit this place if in the Jackson area. Obviously bar tenders change and so do servers but this place is worth a visit. Do it!!“
“This place was incredible! The staff was super friendly, the food was absolutely amazing, and the vibe was perfect. The place was super busy, so the waitress gave us a free drink, but the food was absolutely worth it. I got the meat lovers calzone, and it was big enough for two adults. The drinks were so tasty, too! And everything was so cheap!!!! I've not had a dining experience this good since before covid. A round of applause for the whole staff!“
“We love Lost Pizza, the food is good ,the staff is good and of course the place looks great but, this location didn't hit home for us like the Indianola Ms location does, which has that delta family feel to it. Will eat there again, but probably will only do take out.“
“Very friendly even as I walked in 10 minutes before closing… (during Christmas week!) ??♂️ I was on the road to see my family for Christmas, enduring a 11 hour drive. I stopped in for fuel and got great service. A great meal cost me less than $12 and I had plenty to eat on all the way home. The pizza was hot and fresh and there was no hesitation to accept my order even though I was the last guy of the day.“

I gave the Florence location another try and now that Brandon and his sister work there, this is now our go to. They are very friendly and always produce hot and fresh food. You can really tell they care for the food they put out. And they deserve a raise!!!You can't find employees like that these days.“
“Everything I have eaten here has been awesome. Sandwiches, salads and pizza. My favorite is the spicy shrimp pizza. I can eat the whole thing by myself cuz its so freaking delicious. Place is always clean and staff os always welcoming and nice. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for good food at a great price. The shrimp pizza was only $13“
