“This was probably the best pizza I’ve had in years. Everything was fresh, great chewy and yet crispy crust. We had the Mississippian … we added roasted garlic and fresh jalapeño. You could smell smokiness of the chicken , bbq sauce was tangy. Also the garlic cheesy breadstick appetizer was on point. You could actually taste and smell the garlic. Overall, excellent service and amazing food! Highly recommend!!!“

“Always enjoy Aplos. I had never been to the one in Jackson, but getting hooked having one closer means we have eaten at both quite a few times. The nice weather makes me crave outdoor dining and Aplos has the best around. I decided to spend my lunch break here snacking on hummus and reading and it was lovely. The food is always wonderful and has great flavor. We have enjoyed everything we have tried. My daughter and I usually split the kids cheese pizza(pictured is from the Jackson location but quality is the same at both). It's perfect for two with some to go! They have really good tea as well. I am a big tea drinker(usually hot and not sweetened) and I am constantly let down by the unsweetened iced tea at a lot of places. The staff are always great too. I am not sure how they seem to find the best workers in a time when other businesses struggle to find anyone at all but whatever they are doing is working. This is definitely one of our favorite spots and we hope they are here to stay.“
“Awesome pizza!! A few months back, we tried Johnny's Pizza House in Monroe, LA, while traveling. We saw there was one close to our house (3 hours away!) and decided to take a road trip. It was as delicious as we remembered and was worth the drive. The staff was super nice and it was very clean. We will be back!“
“I was given a Black and Bleu salad with no steak on it. I had to get the server's attention to get it corrected. But that should have never happened. Who is checking the food coming out of the kitchen? I'm a huge Newks fan and this has me disappointed.“
“Where do I begin, this place is an actual tavern. First time actual being to a nerd culture restaurant and man it's a great place. Did I mention one of the waiters look like stradh from dungeons and dragons?! Quite the look intrepid adventurers.The vibes are all around and plus you can even host your own gaming sessions here, with the tavern permission of course. The custom wooden menu is packed with all the references one could as for. Service is very perceptive and charismatic towards all the customers.I opted for the isle of shrimp and were chicken pizza, and she got the lore filled berona. All dishes were a critical success and packed with flavor. Seasoned and delicious is what we ask for.
