“Today 11/17/24 I waited on our Byram newks to open. I was headed to the hospital and wanted some lobster bisque soup to take to my husband. I walked in a couple minutes before they were actually opened. The manager was holding his before opening meeting. He told me it was ok to come on in. His meeting was full of positive and encouraging words. When he finished he came to help me. I wanted the large container and the grab n go only had the small container. He said we can get you that. While I was waiting I said sorry for busting in on your meeting. 😂 I explained that my husband was in the hospital and I was taking him one of his favorite soups. He asked me was he ok. I told him about him having cancer and only wanted soup today. He said I’m so sorry will definitely say a prayer for him. He then says I’m giving you my manager meal discount today. I said no that is so sweet but not necessary. He did anyway. That sweet gesture just touched my heart. I also shared with him that my husband picks up food at least once a week on his way home. Several of the employees know him by name now. One of the them said your changing up your look on me. So my husband explained he has cancer and taking chemo. The chemo has caused him to lose most of his hair and his full beard. The employee was so worried and said he hoped he would be ok and would pray for him. Shout out to the manager Alex and his staff for being so sweet and kind.“

“We have been eating at Mazzios for over a year on a regular basis. Server Sarah McWhorter has always gone above and beyond. My granddaughter absolutely loves her. I think she wants to eat at Mazzios to see Sarah as much as she wants pizza. Which is her favorite food.“

I stopped in for fuel and got great service. A great meal cost me less than $12 and I had plenty to eat on all the way home. “I like the point rewards, but it should also include bone in wings. The wings are nice and big, but it is high paying $60+ for 36 wings. I wish the hot wings would be a more constant hot. One time they are buffalo burning hot and the next time mild buffalo, but ordered burning hot. We have alot of choices for pizza, but 85% of the time we order from pizza hut“

“This is that cool place to chill without a care in the world. Its got this Home-like feel. And I am not from Pearl, MS, but I felt welcome and comfortable immediately. As a pizza lover I had to try this place and they did not let me down. I got an extra cheese, pep, mushroom, onion, and spinach small pizza. My dauggter got mozerella, gouda, and pep small. Both were very tastey. This is not the best pizza we have ever had yet it close to the top. Our pies were not perfect which clearly they bake authentically (sp?). Presentation and service were enjoyable and appreciated! Try em out - you will be pleased and comfortably full!!“

“If I could give each item a different rating, I would! We went for lunch after church on a Sunday. I’m from MS but now live in MI so I had to order the fried catfish, I miss it and it did not disappoint, it was delish! Fried to perfection, crispy outside and flaky inside, seasoned just right. So good! Fries were good and hush puppies were small but tasty. My problem is the Cole slaw. They need a new recipe. It was bland, watery and no taste. Try my 94-year old Mom’s recipe,…Her secret is grind cabbage in a food processor, grind onion, add mayo, salt & pepper and a bit of sugar if you like it more sweet. It’s good! The pork chops, fried shrimp and red snapper my other family got, was all good! Totally recommend Genna Benna’s!“

“They accidentally got my pizza wrong. It happens. I came back to the store to get a replacement pizza and was having a slight autistic meltdown because it was crowded, I am autistic. I just wanted to leave and I think I even started crying at some point because overwhelmed is overwhelmed. The lady that helped me was so nice and caring and made sure I got my pizza back better than it was before. I love this store and its employees.“

It’s very rare that my order isn’t to my liking, when they do mess it up or don’t put my extra cheese/ pepperoni’s on it, they always politely remake it if I ask them to. The employees are always pleasant to speak with and are usually fairly quick.“

“Ordered many times from here, live a little further out than any of the actual restaurants will deliver to, and too many issues with UberEats etc to trust them. Almost always pick up, delivered two pies to my friends house we were hanging out at and our delivery driver Kayleigh(I believe spelling may be incorrect) was exceptional. Kindest person ever, she just started chatting it up with my wife and loving on our animals (only with our explicit consent beforehand) so much felt like an old friend stopped by.

They always do my extra sauce right, I'm an autistic adult extremely picky in weird ways but they always seem to nail it.

Cheap pizza, likely cheap ingredients, but every team member I've met has been professional and friendly to no end. They're doing something right....

“One of our favorite places to a door dash type of delivery. TONS AND TONS AND TONS of different types of food from burgers to mushrooms to sandwiches to fish. Much of the menu is fried but carefully battered. It does seem like they fry most things in the same grease. Honestly, it's a delicious treat here and there. I recommend the fried mushrooms and the fried dill pickle spears.“
