I should have ordered no sauce or light sauce. I forgot my acid pills and couldn't enjoy the pizza like I wanted to. But I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta because of that. The pasta was overcooked and the chicken was dry. They've made it smaller than it used to be. But it costs much more. Definitely a disappointment. I ended up giving it away.
A great restaurant environment for family!
Pizza Hut is known for its good food and generally offers professional and excellent service. However, there have been instances where the pizza was reported to be burnt and not cut into even slices, with few toppings. The staff's attitude has also been criticized as un welcoming, making customers feel as if they are bothering them. Despite these issues, the food is usually good and hot. Improving customer service could greatly enhance the dining experience.
